I thought Customer Service was a thing of the past until I began working with Ben, Matt and his team, and Brandon. Their strengths lie in their expertise and knowledge in assessing the situation, in top-notch communication skills, and in their ability to get a job done right! They are careful to do exactly what is necessary and never to overcharge. I appreciate how Ben answered all of my questions to put my mind at ease. I have full confidence in 911 SLC and I am thankful to have this hard-working team on my side!

Their emergency response was excellent. I called them late at night, and they had a team at my house within the hour to start mitigation. With the recent heavy rainfall, my basement flooded through a window well. I called 911 SLC and Matt and Brandon were dispatched to my place within an hour. Within 2 hours, they had everything cleaned and fans and a dehumidifier setup. The team came through multiple times to check on moisture levels and Matt and Brandon were both very professional and answered all of my questions with patience. I would (and will) definitely recommend 911 SLC to my friends and family.

Excellent Professional Service Had mold on a section of our concrete basement floor in the room with all our hvac, water heater, and water softener equipment. Brandon reviewed the situation, provided a quote to remedy within 1/2 hr. We approved and had a team, Matt & Anthony, come and do the mold removal treatment within an hour. Came back the next day to seal the area with Kilz. Really appreciated the promptness and the detailed work to get rid of the mold. Highly recommend 911 SLC.
