We had a flood in our kitchen and I am so happy we went with Service Master! Javier and his team were amazing. He answered all my questions, gave me great advice on how to handle my insurance claim, and was always professional. Javier made sure to work around our insurance budget and went above and beyond to get my kitchen better than ever. I will be keeping them saved in my phone. Highly recommend.

Sergio and his team are exceptional. We had a much needed full home re-stucco and other significant exterior work, a 4+ week project in total. From the initial meetings and collaboration, to making small but important changes as additional repairs were discovered, Sergio made it easy to keep the project moving forward. He was open to collaboration, discussion, and cost-to-benefit suggestions throughout the entire project. The work is high quality and high touch. I would absolutely use Sergio again and highly recommend his services.

Do not use this company. We had a fire and our insurance assigned Service Master out of Santa Fe. They sent out their representative who made everything thing sound wonderful. They were there for us not the insurance company. Turns out they were there just for themselves charging so much when the delay was their fault. The rep quit half way the promises went out the window, 3 months turned into 7 months. They don’t return calls, emails or messages until they are told they are getting a bad review. The management is horrible, they also assigned our cleaning to the Albuquerque office which was just as bad. I would give them no stars if I could. Don’t use this company. Go with Servicepro if you want professionalism. Extremely disappointed

I’ve used them two times and have been very satisfied with there quick response, professionalism, and the quality of work. I’m a first time home owner and I panicked at the first sign of a leak. Once I called them they put my mind at ease, and took over from there! They explained everything to me, and dealt with my insurance! When all was said and done you could not tell that there was ever a leak. The owner even followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction! James and his crew definitely are picture perfect when it comes to customer satisfaction! I cannot express my gratitude enough, and will never use a different company.

I give ServiceMaster 5 stars. I had a major issue with water damage in my home. They responded immediately, gave me an estimate, and dealt with my insurance company throughout the whole process...which made it much less stressful for me. Sergio and his team were very professional and their work was exceptional.

Service Master Restore has done great a great job for us in my mother's home! They removed and restored her floor with the type of flooring we requested; mold remediation was accomplished as well with excellent results!! All was handled through the team supervisors and we appreciated the professional manner in which they handled the job.

I had a water heater leak and formed into mold. Javier and his team did an amazing job cleaning the mold and restoration. Javier is professional, knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Javier and his team!
