Decided to edit my review. I initially gave this company 5 stars but it's been over a month since I initially filed my claim with usaa and because of pacific carpet cleaning and restoration nailing tarps and/or boards to my roof the adjuster hasn't been able to properly inspect my roof. I was initially impressed and grateful that they came out in the rain to tarp my roof but they didn't even tarp it properly and it's still leaking. When I called them and told them their owner told me to "just put some buckets under it". It has been dry enough for 6 out of the last 7 days to untarp my roof so the inspector can do his job but apparently I'm not a priority for this company. I wouldn't recommend them if you can find someone else that values their customers more. After I removed the tarp, whatever taping material they used caused damage to my house. So far they haven't fixed it.

We’d used PCCR for 10 years of carpet cleaning before our 1st water damage in a downstairs bathroom. Since we’d always received such good service, they were the obvious choice to call in an emergency. Their quick response time, help navigating the insurance quagmire & their respect for our home made me glad we chose them. So 10 years later, when we had a water damage in our kitchen, we didn’t hesitate to call PCCR for the emergency response! They had a respectful team at our home within an hour & guided us seamlessly through the mold remediation process. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work, attention to detail and personal attention we received from Pacific Carpet Cleaning & Restoration! Don’t hesitate to contact them for scheduled carpet, upholstery & rug cleaning or in case of an emergency water damage!

This is the second time in less than two years that I needed the services of PCC&R. They were contacted by my insurance company and I continue to be extremely impressed! During their first visit, the project manager and the owner arrived to assess the water damage. Then, their crew protected the areas near the ceiling work in the dining and kitchen followed by removal of the ceiling areas in order to dry the areas. They check the moisture readings to make sure everything is dry, and their clean up is spotless. I most highly recommend PCC&R! Every step in their service process is exceptional. If you need mitigation work, they will impress you with their professionalism.

I wrote a review on Yelp and I don't see it on this page. I can't say enough about the work Pacific gave us...they came to clean up a water leak that had gone straight under our modular home...into the insulation and walls of the kitchen. After removing the sink and stove there was mold! They took care of it and passed inspection from the State. When the time came, they helped set us up with a mini kitchen in the dining room. Then, when all the flooring had to be laid, they cleared out the rest of the kitchen, the dining room, office, hallway and dining room. They stored our "stuff" until all the flooring and painting were done. Then, they thoroughly cleaned all the areas where the sawdust, etc., needed cleaning. They helped put everything back that they stored for us. I can't say enough about Shane, Beau's team of great workers. Rachel. left her station from the office and worked right along side of the men. What professionals they were throughout. Very friendly and kind in everything they had to do.

Wonderful service. Their response time was extremely fast and we very much appreciated there positive demeanor. We had two emergency flooding events at our home and having their crews on-site made us feel far less stressed. We are so grateful to Shane and his outstanding staff.

Fast, organized, very nice people, after demo our house was clean as a whistle and ready for contractor co. to rebuild . But that's a whole other sad story. I highly recommend Pacific! !
