Andy and his crew and Shane and his crew were both excellent. They helped us to save a lot of our house from a leak, and were very thorough in the water remediation process. We greatly appreciated them. In the end, it seems like we have way less damage than what we thought we were going to have, and were grateful to SERVPRO for helping us save our home. They were very helpful in answering our questions, and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I also liked that they gave us advanced notice (30 minutes +) before coming out to our home, and were very kind and provided excellent customer service. We also appreciated the folks on the phone at SERVPRO who were very kind to us and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration and cleaning work that you may need! Thank you all so much for helping us!

Andy and Javaan were just amazing having to spend hours under the house! It was so very warm and uncomfortable. Kudos to both of them for doing a great job under difficult conditions. Had a water heater leak in a contained area in a residential unit. The mitigation team did a good job, but that’s where the positives end: they used equipment that was way heavier than needed, which resulted in unnecessarily higher cost to me - and none of that was communicated upfront. Additionally, Servpro customer service was poor. They sent an invoice on 11/21, then, after negotiating with my insurance, revised the final amount on 12/14. My insurance kept pushing on reducing the amount further based on overcharging, and the final response to my insurance from Servpro was on 1/2, stating they won’t reduce further. On 1/3 I received a past due notice from them for the 11/21 invoice (which they since revised!) threatening with lien and overdue fees. Shady and inconsiderate. I wish I had read Yelp reviews and went with a different company.

We had major water damage at my house because of a washing machine overflowing(and overflowing and overflowing….).. Extensive damage to carpets and drywall etc.. We called Servpro West Seattle and they were out almost immediately. They had all the equipment to take care of and remove carpet, and they put up plastic sheeting to protect us when they were drying everything out. They’re always on time and always professional. Even more impressive was the fact that they had sent out a contract plumber to work on the water heater issue. That plumber created problems for us which required us to hire another plumber to come in and figure out how to resolve the problem. The second plumber solved the problem immediately but there was a significant bill. We notified Servpro of the second plumber’s work and his bill and Servpro (Daymontray Brown, Project Manager) immediately said they would pay it, and they did. So not only do they do excellent work, but they will acknowledge and accept responsibility if there’s a problem created by their worker or a subcontractor. I will use them in the future if I need their type of service and I highly recommend them to others also.

Jesus and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very polite, kind, and answered all of our questions and concerns. They assesed the damage, gave us an initial quote, contained the area, demo-ed the water damaged, removed all the debris and even cleaned up afterwards. Definitely went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for all your hard work and help!
