Horrible company to do business with. I have waited over a year for a warranty issue on a house I bought from them to be fixed. I contacted them in the summer of 2023 and no work was done until spring 2024. The work that was done has only made the flooding issues in my house worse. I have experienced a pattern of being passed around to project managers and never hearing back. They have been out to my house multiple times and each time the problem is never solved and they leave construction materials I have had to pay to dispose of multiple times. I would steer clear based on my experience. You would think these were before photos but these are the after photos where they told me my flooding issues are fixed. It's graded so poorly I can't run my sprinklers that they installed.with the house and my neighbors running the sprinklers causes my yard to flood. I'm surprised my dogs have not gotten sick from the toxic algae that is growing back there. It's been over 1 month since the last project manager was fired/quit and when I went into the office I was told I would be contacted shortly. But here I am waiting and wet 1 month later. Update: They replied thanking me for letting them get it resolved but they never did. A lot of the damage shown in the pictures was from the "in house" repairs they performed. If they truly wanted to make it right they could reimburse me for the $5200 I paid out of pocket for another company to fix my yard.

Crew Restoration and Construction brought my house back to better than pre-water damage condition. They weren't afraid to deal with an old house and the asbestos that comes along with it. The finished job is top notch. I'm a detail person and the caulk work is darn near perfect! I really appreciated the text updates throughout the job and the way they took extra care to make sure the rest of my house was protected from the construction dust and dirt while they were working.

I had Crew do some mold remodeling for me, and I would like to acknowledge their efforts. The crew who came out was fantastic. I had no idea what they would be doing but they made it clear. I want to give special recognition to Syionte. Syionte kept me well informed while delivering top quality work, and he was kind enough to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this company if you need mold remolding done!

CREW, along with Visions design did a home remodel project for us last fall and even when I made a pretty major change half way through the project, they rolled with it and I LOVE the end result! (I sit in my dreamy sunroom with my coffee every single morning!) There was a slight mishap with our kitchen cabinetry and you know what? They acknowledged it, fixed it, and their vendor went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see that we were more than happy with the end result. We went from dark woods and brown/black counters to bright, airy, and dreamy! Thanks so much, CREW!

We had a semi catastrophe where our basement flooded unexpectedly. We called Crew and Brock showed up in minutes and instantly began working on containing the situation. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We were incredibly grateful for his help and hard work on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend Brock and the Crew team.

We had some roof wind damage and I made a call to Crew. Kyle and his team were onsite within hours to access the damage and protect the opening of the roof to prevent anymore water damage. Materials were ordered and put back together in a timely fashion. The one thing that stands out was the communication keeping us updated with ordering materials and getting the repairs completed. Thanks Crew.

If you are considering this company for the build-back phase after demo, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience dealing with project manager Brandy has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. She consistently hires subpar workers who deliver poor quality results. Communication is almost nonexistent—most of the time you have no idea when crews are coming, and on the rare occasion she does say someone is scheduled, they don’t show up. You’ll be left constantly rearranging your own schedule around no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Brandy has never once been to my home or stepped on site to actually see the project in person. Instead, she tries to "manage" everything from behind a computer, arguing with you about details of your own home and project she’s never laid eyes on. There are no quality checks done along the way, no accountability, and no effort to ensure the customer is satisfied. Everything is hidden behind long, unhelpful text threads where she avoids taking responsibility. What should have been a project measured in weeks has dragged on for months with nothing but excuses, delays, and finger-pointing. The entire process has been a headache from start to finish. To be fair, I cannot speak for the rest of management or the demo side of things—but if your job involves the rebuild phase and Brandy is the one in charge, expect nothing but frustration.
