My basement was overwhelmed with the flash flood waters last night. I called after hours and the owners personally arrived with equipment to extract the water, place fans, and help me understand what to do. You can't put a price on being taken care of in the heat of the moment. Pivot really delivered for my family last night!

With the recent flooding in Sioux Falls, we needed our basement dried out. On top of that, our house was for sale! Other companies we called informed us they were not accepting any more calls. PIVOT was able to get to us in a matter of a couple hours. Dan and his crew were very professional and efficient. They got our basement back to normal within a week and the house is now sold! They were amazing! We will be working with them again for our future needs. Thanks, guys!!
We had them paint four metal doors for us, not only were the doors not primed properly they also were delivered still tacky. Our contractors expressed concern about the doors and told us we should have the properly primed and repainted. We reached out to Pivot painting several times and have been ignored, not the customer service experience I was expecting.
