David and his team did an amazing, timely job on remediating our home after the Eaton fire event. Top to bottom - it was the best the house looked since we purchased the home in 2007! Even the garage was spotless and "camera ready"! On behalf of the Roth family - we are truly thankful to have David and Team ServiceMaster help us and deliver quality !

For a second time our SF rental condo was flooded by the upstairs resident. ServiceMaster was extremely helpful both times. After a kitchen accident, Steve (the principal) showed up next day for an inspection. He put together a staged recovery plan starting with the lowest cost solution, which he was confident would work. It ended up working perfectly and no more steps were needed. The work was done over the weekend and they had to come back for a 2nd visit, but didn't change their initial quote

I have been working with this lovely team for four months. They are the nicest most respectful Group. They are always relaxed and helpful in times of stress. Yes , o would use them in time of need always.

This company is currently at the rental property I live in. They did not announce they were here nor the work they were going to do. They set up ladders and proceeded to climb on the roof. When asked, Miguel- their crew leader, was incredibly rude. He offered to allow me to speak to his boss and then walked away. While Miguel walked away, he proceeded to speak to his coworkers Efrain and Jose. All of them were saying profanities and very inconsiderate phrases regarding me in Spanish. The unfortunate fact of being able to understand everything they say. Overall, if you want to be respected or to have crews announce when they arrive… any common sense good business tactics… don’t use this company. I’ll update when they’re done as there are multiple branches thrown around the house and I’m doubting any of it is cleaned up.
