Vital Restoration

I had a leak and water was everywhere. It even got into my carpet. I called Vital Restoration to come out and take a look at my damage. Robin came, and provided me with an estimate. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I hired them right away. They came back the next day and cleaned up everything. They even moved furniture, and were very careful with fragile items. Robin talked me through everything. He and his team were very courteous & considerate. Definitely recommend their service!

While visiting my mother, we incurred a small kitchen fire. We Google -searched and found Vital Restoration. They responded within an hour and helped my mother with the fire damage. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. The technicians were very knowledgable and communicated extremely well. We understood all that needed to be done and did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. The estimator, Luis and the co-owner, Robin, personally came out to ensure our needs were all met. After leaving my mother, I felt very secure that everything was well taken care of. I highly recommend using Vital Restoration. I live in Canada and I had a problem when I rented my house. I wish that this company had been closer to me as I certainly would use them.

Don't let their website fool you. They say they get your place back to pre-damage condition.. false. They ripped out our wall and dried the insides (light flood damage and mold). Putting the wall back? They don't do that. Took us a week to find someone to finish what they started. The photo is their work and what they left us with... I feel like I could have done that myself, for free, with a good bread knife. Nothing more than a waste of time and money. Quick responses? Yes. Shows up when they say they will? Yes. Good value? No.

I was really satisfied with the great service I received, I went on vacation and came back home to see my entire basement flooded molded, I didn't know who to call or do ,I was happy that I found this company so I called them up and they arrived just on time with the right tools to get the job done. They got right to work and found the problem to the leakage in my basement and got rid of any mold that was left behind from the flood. They charged me a really fare price and were very professional workers, I definitely will use them again

Very upset. I called them over for an estimate and at that time Alberto said he couldn’t give me one until I got a certain testing done on the affected area. I did what he asked me to do and they called me saying they couldn’t do the job because tgey didn’t know how they were going to get paid since it wasn’t going through insurance. Secretary said she’d call me back never did. I called a week later just tor them to tell me oh Covid is over do business is picking up we can’t help you. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I have been using this company for many years referring both my buying clients and selling clients (as a Realtor). I find them to be professional, reasonable and they do a great job. If you aren't certain of mold being present I would suggest that the areas of concern be tested first.

Very impressed with this company. Had a severe mold problem which was instantly giving us headaches and needed to be repaired. I googled mold remediation companies and Advanced were the first to answer. Came in the next day and cleaned up the entire mold without a trace left.
