Ben Davis Restoration

After a recent family tragedy, we needed specialized cleaning for the family members home. We were at a loss. We had no idea where or how to start. I pulled up a few companies listed on a local search. The first company I called was not helpful at all. When I called Ben Davis Restoration, without hesitation, Shad offered to meet us at the home the same day. We had no idea such a situation would be covered by Insurance. Wow. This old bald guy driving this truck was so rude to me. I asked him how you get in to the business because as a criminology minor, I think it would be a humbling experience while learning of crime victims and after math. In front of my husband and child, he yelled at me "you don’t", laughed at me and went inside kum n go. That was just hurtful. Not everyone wants to do work like that cuz they are weird. I figured it would be good for my education. Whoever he was disrespected your company name so bad and I’m honestly pretty hurt by it. Edit: based on the responses of the reviews, I bet the owner was the one that treated me like that in front of my family. Sir, I genuinely just wanted to know and you had no right to talk to me like that. At all. You talk about professionalism on your response posts, yet you acted like that to me for no reason.

We had a recent death in our family. Our family member was found 10 days later inside the house. We did not know what to do or who to call. Shad and his team was referred from the coroner. The coroner even said "This guy will take care of you and he is the best". Shad has been nothing but considerate and helpful through the ENTIRE process. We have had issues with our insurance company over the claim and Shad has been there every step of the way to assist with the process. I’ve seen a negative review regarding Shad’s integrity over posting videos and pictures of his process because it is sensitive for the family to see the home and the condition it was in at the time of passing. Shad asked us upfront if we would be okay with him posting a video for before and after he is finished. He didn’t ask us as a whole. He asked for permission from EACH of us. He didn’t want to do anything unless we were ALL comfortable doing it. If more people ran their business like Shad does, then integrity and quality would be the new standard and not a joyful surprise. I want to thank Shad and his team for taking care of us in this difficult time. If you read all of this, then you’ve read enough. This company is THE company you are looking for in your time of need.

I cannot say enough about this company Shad is amazing as is his team. When you are distraught from the death of a loved one, the last thing you need to worry about is the cleanup. They showed up when they said they would. They put us in a hotel and had everything completed in less than 24 hours. They took care of the insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with them. I am a Real Estate Broker that handles property management. We experienced a terrible ordeal at one of the properties that we manage. I can’t say enough good things about Ben Davis Restoration! They were the only company we called that could get someone out to assess the damage of our bathroom leak straight away. They did a fantastic job on the repair and were incredibly professional. You would never have known there was any damage after they finished. They found out my husband was a first responder and comped our entire bill. We are touched beyond words!!
