Matt in the Springfield, MO location was such a blessing to me today. When I called on behalf of my elderly neighbor needing some help with a biohazard cleanup he was so kind and compassionate. I really appreciated his helpfulness. He was wonderful! The first responder who got back with me (I can’t remember her name) was wonderful as well. She was ready to help and very assuring!

Scott Acklin and Tyler Halliburton worked in my home put Sheetrock up in my bathroom and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were able to pinpoint a place where the rain started to come in on the roof and as they were working and worked with the roofer to pinpoint a spot that he had missed that was still leaking. They were very respectful of my home and very respectful to me, an elderly woman and cleaned up the mess beautifully. I could not ask for anyone better to fix my home. Thank you.

Had a septic tank issue and Servpro showed up fast on 7/13/25 to access the situation. Tondie did an amazing job in gathering all the info for the claim. There are several employees of the crew that did amazing job. Have to say the initial visit, they broke a vintage lamp and did not tell me, I found it. Well fired that crew not to return on Monday following. I have to say our "project Manager Nichole C., I cannot even give one star....this lady is the most unorganized person, unprofessional, doesn't listen to the customer wishes, doesn't follow-up, doesn't do what she is told. She left contaminated baseboard in my house for over a week, said she needed approval to remove ONE PIECE, after a week...NO! Then she lies all the time about what she has done and what she will supposedly do. She also left flooring in my mechanical room, contaminated for 3 weeks to grown. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with Nichole, not Servpro. Servpro crews have done a good job. So as of now....I had to fire Servpro because of Nichole. Also, you have to have a carpet analysis to determine the replacement value for carpet, well after three weeks, carpet is no where to be found. It literally takes 30 minutes on the ITEL app to get results. Don't hire Servpro if Nichole is going to be involved.

Update: We are now a little over 3 months out from my sewage disaster and ServPro Construction has turned my mess into a miracle. See my after pictures below. Dustin hired Dayton from Bieser Design and Build Co as the subcontractor to remodel my home. Dayton and his wife, Hannah, worked long hours in cooperation with Dustin Steele to make my dream remodel come true. There are still a few tweaks and adjustments to be made that are in the works. I can see the end is near and am pleased beyond measure. The ServPro Springfield Team worked with me from the start of a sewage disaster, to soothing my fears through mitigation, to creating a stunning new remodel. After a weekend plumbing disaster in my primary bathroom, walk-in closet, and bedroom, Nick responded by phone within less than an hour of my insurance claim going in. Nick, Brett, and Jacob arrived at my home within approximately 45 minutes after the call. They quickly evaluated the situation. Nick spoke with the plumber who was still on site. Nick explained what the plan was to remove and clean the nasty water from the affected areas. They were respectful of my belongings and removed items as the water continued to spread into my closet. They removed the carpeting and padding. They removed the trim on the floor in the bathroom. They checked everything that could have been water-damaged or become a future mold issue. After a few hours of cleaning, they plugged in the dehumidifiers and fans to continue the mitigation. They cleaned up as they left my home. Nick will check in again tomorrow. Nick, Brett, and Jacob explained everything in customer-friendly language and answered all my questions. They made what seemed like a nightmare to me at first become a manageable thing. Nick, Brett, and Jacob were professional, polite, and an asset to ServPro. If you find yourself in a mess, call ServPro.

We had a dishwasher leak that travelled to our back door area and ruined our hardwood flooring making it "bubble up" so we couldn’t open our door. Nick initially came out and took a look at it and we were still not sure what insurance would cover, so he waited till we got our proof and got it rolling for us! He was so kind and helpful, and let us know that yes we need to rip it out and get new flooring put in. So when we were ready, Servpro came out again, (a few weeks ago) and Brett E. And Jacob P. were the ones that came out. They were outstanding! Fast and efficient in getting the floor ripped up to see what damage was done and brought the fans to dry it up etc! They were super friendly and very informative. The same day they ripped up the floor in the effected area, we were leaving for a few weeks on vacation; so when we got back, a few days ago we just were a bit concerned about some dark spots on the sub flooring (it looked like there was possible mold around the door) So, my husband called today and they came right out again this morning and I was very impressed with the two gentleman that came to our house today as well! Nick and Tyler were so kind and answered all my questions and told us it wasn’t mold but just stains and no real damage to our sub flooring which is great! But they went above and beyond service and went ahead and treated it for us and swept up a bit. They were very professional, fast, good work ethic but also had great attitudes! It was a blessing having them in our home and good friendly conversation as well! Thank you so much for your service! We would recommend Servpro for sure!

I can not recommend Serv Pro enough!! Very appreciative of the quickness & great service they gave me & my family. Ray & Ryan did an amazing job with demoing & explaining the process. They were super helpful & I couldn’t be happier with their service. Ray needs a raise!!!!

Same problem different company. I was vary wary of having to call the last company that handled a flooding in my home a year ago instead I called Servpro. I spoke with Chris initially about the issue. He arrived very quickly to assess my problem (on Easter weekend). He immediately dispatched his team. In walk Megan and Gary. I was immediately put at ease as I spoke to them. Megan explained the process throughly. They are very friendly and professional. They work well together and do their job with perfection. These two I look forward to working with because I know they have my best interest. I will definitely recommend Servpro in the future because of these three people.
