SERVPRO of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson Counties

Amazing amazing company! They were prompt to respond and fix everything, patient and efficient. They explained every step to me, this was my first time ever having to do something like this, so I had a lot of questions. Dorian, the project manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going to happen . Highly highly recommend ServePro. Great company

I had Servpro come to remediate mold in my basement, was yessed to death on all my questions about removing and replacing my flex ducts and insulation. Was given a quote for $11k and they left me, my wife, my 3 year old and 6 week old without air conditioning on a Friday at 4pm. Bait and switch tactics. I could have pulled the insulation out and sprayed Decon30 for less than $800 for material and dump cost. Their men showed up nearly 10am the first day, nearly 11 the second day and 1230 on the last day working half days and taking a full hour lunch. Nearly 1/3 of my basement was not mold remediated as is evident from dirt, mold and spiderwebs. Was told they would build a wall to my garage to do a negative pressure system which they did not. I told them the vent registers are not properly sealed and was assured the chemicals they make are safe. We had to evacuate our house because the stench of the chemicals made us short of breath and my 6 week old was coughing non stop. The day they left I asked Tanner about the closed ducts and he said "oh, you’ll need an hvac tech for that." Upon going to get my checkbook, Tanner split to avoid confrontation. It cost me emergency hours hvac and nearly $800 just to have 2 flex ducts put to my master bedroom so my family could have AC. If someone asks if you are you able to replace the ductwork when you remove it, don’t tell them yes. I could have hired 1 company to do all the work instead of piece meaning everything together. Sad thing is the mold remediation was actually done by another company.

From first call to final inspection, Dorian and his crew made sure I was fully informed of process and notified of any developments during the job. Anna was always a phone call away if I needed any info for scheduling or reporting. All in all, an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and communicative team. I recommend them highly.

This Franchise is the best of the best. As an insurance agent I always know I can count on them to take great care of my customers. If you are looking for an honest company that always goes above and beyond, Servpro of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson County is the right choice.

Our water heater burst late at night destroying our floors and baseboards in our finished basement and creating a huge mess. Serv Pro came immediate worked all night to contain the damage. They were respectful and professional. They communicated next steps in an efficient manner and did amazing work in a timely manner. Special thanks to Ashley McKinney and John Riley. We highly recommend them.

Travis did an excellent job monitoring and mitigating our water damage. He made sure that our walls were being properly dried to prevent any further damage. He went above and beyond by answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I highly recommended Travis with Servpro! Keep up the good work. Tanner also has been great every step of the way. His whole crew arrived quickly and got to work minimizing the damage. The Servpro crew know what they are doing. They have been efficient and respectful every time they have entered our home. Thank you to both Tanner and Travis.
