PuroClean was incredible to work with. Our house flooded and we had no idea what to do or how to go about fixing things. Chad was helpful in walking us through what we needed to do, was patient with us and our questions, and he and his team got our house back to normal again. So thankful for him and his team and everything they did for us in navigating the situation and our awful experience with the insurance company.

Chad was very responsive and immediately got out to our house to get started on the water damage we discovered. We had a slow leak in our utility closet in the garage that came through inside our house in multiple places. PuroClean got started right away cleaning it up and drying it out and making sure it was done right. They were all very professional and helped us work with our insurance too. Jeremy and his crew were great. The work that they did was excellent and we are really happy with the way it looks now. Thank you to everyone at PuroClean!

Chad and his team responded immediately to our call to remediate and stop the water leak. Great care was taken to ensure our house was safe to live in during the reconstruction. The guys on the PureOclean team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services!

We had a leak that buckled our hard wood floors... such a major pain... But these guys came in and got everything cleaned up, dried out and repaired for a great price... I hope I never have to use them again...but they are the best and the only ones we will call!

We were very pleased with the service of Puroclean. They showed up quickly and got the job done of drying out our house after a plumbing leak. The advantages to Puroclean you won’t find often in this day and age: Extremely quick to respond, very personable and honest. Chad helped me understand the mitigation/insurance process and told me ways to save some money on our remodel, neither of which were part of his job. He came back to check on a couple things after his job was done as well - I almost felt like he was part of the family trying to make sure all was well. I can’t recommend Puroclean enough!
