My insurance company contacted service masters to dry my kitchen and living room after a water leak. They sent a young man named Noah. He was helpful, thorough, and professional. Good experience overall.

ServiceMaster turned a disaster into a manageable situation. Noah came out to my house to evaluate the damage the same day I called him. He then spent the next week mitigating the damage. Noah is incredibly hardworking, honest, and communicative. He went above and beyond to help me and my family when we had severe damage to our home. I would absolutely recommend Noah and ServiceMaster to anyone who requires mitigation services in their home.

A very special shout out to Noah! I had an extremely unpleasant sewage blockage with considerable water/sewage damage! Noah came out and lent some calming waters to my ordeal! He was personable, professional, thorough and overall, helped make a very unpleasant situation tolerable! I was particularly impressed with the time and energy he put into estimating the cost of my cleanup project. Between his electronic testing equipment, diagrams of the affected rooms, etc., I knew we had a consummate Professional who knew his job and documented what needed to be done in a fair and $ friendly way. If you’re looking for a company that can help you through unexpected disasters to expeditiously get your place back to normal, I would highly recommend these folks!

Noah Johnson came out and helped us with our hardwood flooring that the dishwasher had almost ruined. We had a leak and the flooring was starting to buckle and discolor. Noah hooked us up with drying pads and a dehumidifier. He was knowledgeable, nice and funny. He did a great job.!!!

Our front door shattered and the glass was all over the place including the driveway, front porch and house entrance. Kristina of SM came out on a Saturday and did an outstanding job cleaning it up. We are so grateful for her and ServiceMaster. We highly recommend them to others.

I was the contact person for my elderly Mother. The service master crew from Springfield responded quickly and were very courteous and careful not to track dirt from the crawlspace into the house. They did a great job.
