We had a water pipe break, causing major flooding at our house. Service Master did excellent work with the remediation. Professional, thorough, and customer friendly. There was severe black mold hidden in a wall in my home near the kitchen sink, also nasty water damage, rotten wood, and an unhealthy situation. ServiceMaster was recommended and they came through with a professional job well done. The communications were clear, the workers were nice and really knew what they were doing. Everything looks great. Much appreciation for a quality job, and no more nasty unsafe situation in my home.

We had a garage fire and smoke damage to whole house just before Christmas. Service masters staff and management were very sincere and respectful to us and our belongings. They were professional, responsible and very compassionate of our situation and handling our concerns. They actually had the forethought to expedite the cleaning of our Christmas tree decorations and get them back to us for our new tree before Christmas! I would highly recommend service masters!

Had a water leak in an exterior wall behind some built in cabinetry. Service master remediated the water, built a temp structure outside to take siding off for water remediation and then repaired all of those deconstructions. Every step of the way, they were quick, professional, and excellent in their work. Can’t recommend them more highly!
