Great group of people. Adam was our project manager and kept us in the loop the whole way. If we had any questions he was very helpful and would listen to our wants and needs. Beth, Emilija and Anthony was great to work with also. Very professional and careful with all furniture. They worked great as a team and made the whole experience a good one from beginning to end. I will be recommending them to friends and family for future needs.

I found the professionalism lacking within the State farm selected assessors. For some reason they kept getting more and more aggressive even passive-aggressively forcing an encounter with their manager Mr joe via a phone call without any rationale or cause, even when asked I kept saying to them I have no problem with you doing your job I expect you to do your job please do your job. I trust you in doing your job. Multiple times. But for some reason they were unsatisfied and eventually including their Superior decided to end the contract before it even began. I'm not exactly sure why. I guess I asked too many questions. I offered too many other perspectives that I wanted them to educate on. I don't know how they are doing their actual skilled labor because they didn't do it. But professionally they were aggressive and passive aggressive, hostile when confronted with their one size fits all approach(?? They are lacking patience and professionalism unless you simply kowtow, shut up, and submit. And then they keep blaming you for what I'm not exactly sure. They should expect someone to have questions about the process and the science and the mechanics. Especially when they're saying they need to remove the floor. I literally had no problem with anything they were saying. But they had a problem. But they weren't very clear on what it was. Very Kafkaesque Not really a good image for veterans. Do better. Makay

Joe runs an excellent company with outstanding employees. They did great work in a timely manner and even went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Thanks especially to Joe and his team of Gert and Geraldo! Great job and excellent customer service with wonderful communication throughout the entire process! 100% Recommend!!!!!!!

Veterans Restoration recently did some work at my home. The insurance company referred them to us. The owner Joe contacted me and was super friendly and helpful. I've never had a claim before and didn't know what to expect or how the process worked. Joe's knowledge help to put me at ease. Woody came to my home, very professional and answered my questions and concerns. The work turned out great. My insurance company and myself were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Veterans Restoration. I hope I never have to go through this again but I am glad Veterans Restoration made it an easy process.

Joe and his staff were highly recommended by one of my Farm Bureau agents. His staff called me and had my place ready to dry out very quickly and were very professional doing so. Communication between us was great and he let me know every step, what was happening. I would highly recommend Joe and Veterans Restoration for any work you might have!

My father passed and we needed to do some work to my mother's home. Veterans Restoration was recommended to us by a close friend. We decided to use them for 3 large projects in our mom's home. Joe, Woody, Marvin, Carlos, and the rest of the team have been amazing. Everything from planning, communication, work, clean up, and follow up was handled with the upmost professionalism. This is a Veteran run company and it shows. Every detail was handled like it was their own home. We would definitely recommend them for any project large or small and will definitely be using them again.
