HOLY MOLY!! This company and its amazing staff treat you like royalty! I came home to standing water last night around 7pm. After the problem was identified/handled, Tim Brown and his amazing crew were here-estimate given- contract signed- water extracted- trash hauled out- fans set/ turned on and gone- LESS than 24 hrs of the problem being discovered. Get this: not only for myself, but for my neighbor as well! Top notch service!! Top notch crew!! Timely, affordable, reliable… I can’t say enough great things about this team! Very highly recommend this company!!

Knowledgeable, dependable, honest and super friendly. They did an amazing job in my basement, and I highly recommend! Hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, they will be my 1st call!

I hired Vital Restoration to clean my heating/ac ducts & am very pleased with the results. The guys were very pleasant & courteous. They worked quickly but did a thorough job. When done, they cleaned up after themselves & put everything back as they found it. I will definitely call Vital Restoration for any future restoration service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees. I have been having a rough time these past few weeks with all the things going on with my basement. But these guys come in say they can save everything even though water had been sitting for 3 days. They came in and got to work same day i called them brought in fans and dehumidifier and came to check on the progress every day. They saved 99.99% of my walls and everything else. There was a small bit of mold of which they took care of free of charge and proceeded to spray everything again even my baseboards. They explained every to me as what they were doing and how long things would take. I felt valued as a customer and well taken care of they did everything they said they would do and more and at less than half the price of the other guys and saved me from having to buy new dry wall. These guys know what they’re doing and are very good at it
