I had such a great experience with Service Master! They were prompt, reliable, and so easy to work with. From start to finish, the team made sure I understood what was going on, which really helped take the stress out of the situation. A special shout-out to Evan — he was absolutely fantastic! He showed up right on time, walked me through every step, and answered all my questions with patience and care. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people. If you ever need mitigation services, I highly recommend this team. They’re professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

I had Service Master perform mitigation services for water damage and they were wonderful! From the first visit by Evan to everyone I worked with - Mac, Bo, Isaiah, and a couple more whose names I didn't get - they were all friendly, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. Every step was explained thoroughly and they were very responsive with requests and questions. When dealing with something that went so wrong, it was nice to have this go so right! Thank you all!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Going in we chose them because my father who has dementia needed his house cleaned quickly so we could get his living arrangement back in order. They charged much more than there competitors, but that was not an issue due to the quick turnaround they promised. After paying the deposit they came and did the work. It was not finished in the timeframe they said, and they only did approximately half the work. They then continued to demand the remaining amount and while never completing the work. While this may have been a one off for the company, their customer service was awful, no attempt to find a solution. I will be submitting a report to the BBB as this feels like an attempt at taking advantage of a vulnerable adult.

Evan and his team are absolutely wonderful! After a water line broke in my home and flooded the downstairs area, they responded incredibly fast—arriving within 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, Evan maintained excellent communication, very thorough and took the time to walk me through every step. Their professionalism and support made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend ServiceMaster!

Overnight, our house, which was on the market, had flooded and caused severe damage. We went through the filing process and were assigned ServiceMaster as the mitigators for our claim. Mac and Charlie are AWESOME! They came out quickly to address the problem, knowing the urgency of being on the market, and got to work right away. They've been helpful in making other contractors do the same, and I'd recommend this team, especially the two of them, to work with anyone.

In the early hours of June 21, 2025 our hotel was hit by a storm which did major damage to our roof and fire sprinkler system which caused major flooding and water damage. Evan and his commercial service team were onsite with equipment, generators (we initially had no power, gas or phone service) and a team of servicemaster personnel within 6 HOURS of our call for help (and 4 1/2 hours of that 6 hours was the drive to Bemidji from the twin cities area) I was amazed at how quickly the servicemaster team responded, not to mention how quickly they were in action upon arrival. Our hotel has 3 floors, and all had sustained major water damage. Evan and his team were onsite with us for approximately a month and provided us with services ranging from the initial water extraction to then providing an arsenal of dehumidifiers, drying fans and technology that even was able to tell us where the water was behind the walls!!! Evan and the crew then provided demo services to remove all of the water damaged sheetrock. As the General Manager of Bemidji Candlewood I am very grateful for the array of services that Evan and the ServiceMaster team were able to provide from beginning to end! I will highly recommend ServiceMaster of Minneapolis to anyone in need of the services they provide! And I would like to shoutout and thank the ENTIRE CREW for their hard work and dedication to their profession! 🙂
