⭐ 1 out of 5 (If I could give zero, I would) This company is by far the most incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional service provider I have ever dealt with. After a loss, they were supposed to clean and restore items from my home. Instead, they returned couches, appliances, baskets, and containers still covered in soot, odor, and residue. They even tried to classify some items as "cleaned," only to later change their story and declare them "total loss" after the fact. To make matters worse, their own workers admitted to me that the company has been torn apart by recent management changes and that they themselves wouldn’t recommend the service. That tells you everything you need to know about how badly this place is run. When I raised these issues, management tried to deflect blame onto me instead of taking responsibility. They even mischaracterized a phone call where I simply voiced my justified frustration at their negligence. The fact is simple: if they had done their job correctly the first time, they wouldn’t be coming back over and over to pick up items that were supposedly "finished." They gladly take your money but provide little to no service in return. That is not just poor service — it is theft. I have documented proof, photos, and videos of every single uncleaned item they dumped back in my home. If you value your time, your belongings, or your sanity, stay far away from this company. They left me with more stress, more damage, and the burden of considering legal action just to get accountability. Absolutely shameful.

Frs team FRSTeam was sent out to us by our insurance. 1st meeting was good. Then in March 2025 the pack out crew came. Bad attitudes were running high with the crew. One person even quit on the spot. It took the company 5 days to pack out a 3 bed 2 bath home. We had already packed the important items. Last week the pack in crew delivered our items. 2 truck loads with 4 Frs team members and 3 or 4 day laborers. This team was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. Then problems started to arise. Broken antique hutch top, scratches and rub marks on leather couches, night stands, broken corner on a dresser, missing oak bookcase, missing bottom parts to 2 new couches, backs arrived but not the seats. Broken, bent and damaged adjustable bed frame. TV stand chipped. All corners of a Standup desk scratched/bent. There is more. As we started to see issues we took photos and reported to the FRSTeam workers at the house. They were complaining about the horrible job the packers did. We started to open boxes and more issues. Items that should have been wrapped with packing paper were not wrapped. We have bent, damaged and scratched art work coming out of the boxes. This company does not appear to care about your belongings. When I called the office to talk to our account manager, it was as if she was just reading a script to me. Definitely did not feel heard. After a few days they found the bottom of the couches. But has not been delivered yet. A week later, no word on the damaged items or the missing items. I have to say I am very very dissatisfied , disappointed and angry. My emails to them go unanswered.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. During the pack-out and return of my belongings, many items were missing, damaged during cleaning or handling, improperly stored, or not inventoried at all — simply discarded. Numerous items were also not cleaned or tested. Two trainees were onsite. One performed well, but the other ignored directions and made many mistakes, contributing to the problems. They asked me to sign a release of liability multiple times before the job was complete, which would have left me with no recourse for these errors and allowed them to avoid responsibility for incomplete or mishandled work. A home flood is devastating, and I trusted this company to care for my family’s belongings during a difficult time. Instead, this process has been frustrating, disappointing, and extremely time-consuming. I strongly advise caution before working with this company or signing any release of liability. That said, Angelo, Tim, Andres, and Matt were professional, respectful, and helpful throughout this whole thing. They deserve a 5-star review for making a stressful experience more manageable.

I had been referred to FRSTeam from my insurance after suffering water damage. I had trusted my insurance and FRSTeam in a very vulnerable time. Unfortunately, the other negative reviews about FRSTeam are true. Items were lost. Items were claimed "cleaned" with improper cleaning methods. Items were claimed "cleaned" but still had indications of water damage. Items were claimed "cleaned" but still had still had pieces of drywall and insulation on it from the ceiling that collapsed on it above. Electrical items were claimed "cleaned" but still had rust on cables. My order was mixed up. Labor hours weren’t charged correctly. Attached pictures are what they claimed as "clean" after water damage. It was clear that they never touched anything! I had FRSTeam move approximately 50% of my belongings. Some items were deemed total losses and left at the residence. FRSTeam charged me 3 times what it cost for me to move into my original residence as what it cost to move out. How did they charge 3 times as much to move out when I had only 50% of my belongings? Items were not documented and itemized properly. Ultimately, what could go wrong, went wrong. I had to take my issues and file a complaint to the Florida Department of Financial Services as I paid a lot for services that I never got. Avoid.

Fitzroy and his colleague did a phenomenal job returning my mom’s belongings to Daytona Beach on 7/9/25. Both gentlemen were courteous and efficient during the process. Their professionalism made her transition back into her home smoother. These men were GREAT!!!

This company is a modern day scammed. Showed up the day after representing my Insurance company willing to help. I should've waited to talk to my Insurance and not sign any papers. I should've request a check from my Insurance company to buy all new things and probably pocket some of the money. This company is over charging my Insurance company. Wanted to charge me to retrieve my belongings from there warehouse. Worst customer service and there restoration process sucks. They are charging my Insurance company over $80,000 when I could've furnish my entire home with 25k.

Service was completely awful. Sent me an invoice for a-lot of money to clean clothes. When I told them I didn’t want to proceed that route. They still charged me 20% of what the total invoice was to clean one box of clothes. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very expensive, if you have very little contents coverage on your insurance they would probably max that out with just 2 boxes of clothes.
