Mike was awesome! Personable, professional and knowledgeable. Took time to explain things thoroughly. Brought in his supervisor to run a camera down our line too just to make sure cable results were true. Great to know there are no clogs in the mainline but wish there had been because that means septic backup is caused by a more complicated septic issue. Thank you, Mike! Roto-Rooter was on time and did a good job at repairing my rental property toilet that was clogged. Adrian did a really good job and performed the repair in a timely manner. But $750 to unclog a single toilet that was backing up is crazy work. I feel like once I told them I'm the landlord they decided to price gouge me. It's absolutely outrageous and I will never use Roto-Rooter ever again.
