Professional, great communication and fast reliable service is what we experienced with ST Pete Plumbing. They diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote that was reasonable. The descaled our tankless water heater and made some other improvements to our hot water flow. They did such a great job we called them back for the same issue on another property we own in Tampa. They got there same day and kept us updated throughout. I'd strongly recommend.

Didn't have a great experience. During replacement of a shower fixture they completely cut one of my studs. Not notched or a small section; the entire cross section of the load bearing stud where the piping ran. Then they tried to tell me it was ok because it was still attached at the top and bottom. To make it worse, the repair leaked after they left. To their credit, the did come back out and fix the leak and the installed a wedge to replace the removed section of stud. I was going to give them another chance with installation of a tankless hot water heater, but they never called me back after I signed the agreement. Overall they seem like nice people and from other reviews it seems like they do good work, but their communication with me was poor and if I didn't know any about home repairs and not pushed them on their error, they would have walked away with damaging my house.

Patrick came out incredibly fast and was exceptionally professional from start to finish. He installed our new toilet within minutes and immediately helped diagnose a running water issue that even a new flapper and refill valve hadn’t fixed. His expertise and efficiency were top-notch. The plumper Patrick arrived on time. His assessment of very professional. After the diagnosis, Patrick recommended several options to address the problem. I was unsure of which direction to take. He recommended a solution that would meet my expectations. He worked quickly to address my concern as he had all the need supplies in his van. This company runs a tight ship. They make sure their plumbers are prepared to tackle a job no matter how small or large. After Patrick collect his equipment he began working on addressing the issue at hand. Before, I knew it he had fixed my problem. Payment was seamless. Overall, I highly recommend this company and Patrick. Very professional and worth every dollar.

Fantastic job! Junior came within an hour of me calling and requesting a service. He was very friendly and professional! He was able to fix both my toilets in less than an hour. He even walked me through what needed to be fixed and how he fixed it. This was all done at a very reasonable price! If we need assistance in the future I would highly recommend Junior!
