The Serv Pro team (Manuel and Juan) that provided service in my home were excellent! They were professional, courteous, sympathetic to my situation, but most of all, thorough in their cleaning efforts. We were very pleased with the the results!

We had some water damage to our walls and ceilings after a bad storm, and Anton and his team were extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. Their team arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and got the drying process underway right away. Everyone we worked with was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely use SERVPRO again and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with storm or water damage.

Manuel (Manny) was the manager on the project to remove and cleanup the bathroom wall that had been damaged by water leaks over the years. He and his team of two other men were very pleasant to work with, and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

They took the time to address all the necessary work after a water backup issue, and their attention to detail and thoroughness gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. I see that SERVPRO in their response is trying to claim they did not do the work. That is not true. It was 100% this company and this location that did the work. The owner Mike was in my opinion just awful to deal with. And his staff was equally as bad in my view. The fact that they submitted false paperwork to claim they did work that they never did and then billed for it is terrible. And they would not even make good on what they billed for work they never did despite it being their own estimates and view of the work needed to be done. They even had their own pictures of work they never did and I believe tried to hide that. So their response is untrue. I had a terrible experience with this company. The work they completed did not match what they estimated and charged for, which they said was necessary to fix the problem. In working to address it with the owner and operating manager, they were unresponsive and also very disingenuous in my opinion. They even had their own evidence that they did not do the work they charged for (which they did not originally disclose until pressed for a long time), but refused to do the work or fully reimburse so I could get it done in the right way. So it cost me thousands of extra dollars to have the work done that they said was necessary and was on their bill. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Manuel and Roberto on the ServPro team did an excellent job with getting my house back to where it was needed after a pipe burst. They did all the heavy lifting dealing with insurance cleaning the mess, and demo-ing the damaged area, I would not have been able to get through this without their expertise. Big thanks to the ServPro team and their professionalism.

It’s been quite the process with the flood. Manuel and Roberto came to clean up all the water. Later they came back to take out all the sheet rock walls round the basement to prevent mold. These guys worked so hard , fast and efficient. They were friendly and cleaned up after the demolition.
