United has always been excellent - they answer the phone late at night, have all the expertise to clean up the mess and the expertise to answer all the questions!!

Brian is extremely professional, honest, competent and capable. At a very stressful time of water and mold in my kitchen ceiling, he and the Company were a calming and reassuring presence. He was true to his word, attentive and fairly priced. (I had other higher quotes). I recommend the company without hesitation as such events can be devastating and it is important to know the company you hire is understanding, honest, ethical and empathetic.

Used their chat on the site to schedule an assessment. Also received a call from who I believe is the owner to tell me a bit about the business and assure someone would be out there. Person came for the assessment and I asked twice if they could have the assessment results to me in 24 hours which they affirmed. I noted they had my email and the gentleman affirmed that I was good then. 48 hours and nothing so I hit up the chat again because I was working and didn’t have time for a full call. Reiterated my info and over a week later still no assessment. I ended up going with another service who was more detailed and did provide me with the assesment via email 24 hours later to give my insurance

Total pros. Rob is the head guy and he is great. I moved to a new place, there was a slow leak in the pipes, the sheetrock in the garage came crashing down. His man Cesar (I believe was his name) not only removed the mold and everything, but completely cleaned the garage, to the point you could eat off the floor! I was so happy. And to give you an idea what kind of man Rob is, I had some extra artwork and gave Cesar a painting I acquired a long time ago for $20 at a tag sale, as a token of appreciation. Rob subsequently discovered it was actually an original by a moderately famous artist, probably worth a couple thousand bucks, and gave it back saying they couldn't accept it (I gave Cesar another one).

We had a sewage line leak in our basement and UWR handled our issue excellently. They were responsible, reliable and used all the proper PPE to keep themselves and our family safe during this crazy time (above and beyond what they would usually do). Thank you for doing a great job. Our basement thanks you too!
