Thankfully, ATI Restoration stepped in and delivered an outstanding level of service throughout the entire restoration process. Here’s what made my experience exceptional: Seamless Insurance Handling: ATI worked directly with my insurance provider, managing all the necessary paperwork promptly and professionally. I didn’t have to be involved in this process at all, which was a huge relief. Reliable and Transparent While I Was Away: I was out of state for work during the restoration, which made me initially anxious about the quality and pace of the project. However, ATI completely put my mind at ease: They maintained excellent communication, sending frequent updates and progress photos, and consulting with me on every decision. I always knew exactly where things stood, which gave me peace of mind and built a high level of trust. All of my requests—whether related to materials, logistics, or design changes—were handled with care and precision. Everything was done exactly as I wanted. Attention to Detail at Completion: After the project was completed, my house manager conducted a final walkthrough and identified about 18 minor touch-up items—typical for a job of this scale. Impressively, every single item was addressed the very next day, with no hesitation or pushback. They have done an amazing job for me. I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen / living room leaving an area of damaged dry wall on the ceiling. Kenny came to inspect and was super friendly and helpful. They negotiated a price directly with my adjuster, it was about half of the other quotation that I got at the time. I had a handful of other jobs that I wanted doing at the same time. Things like fixing cracked grouting cause by the house settling and painting over that down the stairs, resealing all round the bath and fitting a new shower head. The other company quoted close to $1000 for these extra jobs. Amazingly ATI said no worries, they would do it for free but obviously I would tip the workmen for their trouble. In the end the ceiling looks great and they guys kept offering to do extra bits like adding grouting over random cracks here and there and painting the wood panels down the stairs. Everyone was warm and friendly to deal with. Later this year I will be having other jobs done and absolutely I will get ATI to do them.

I had water damage affecting the walls and flooring from the unit aboves refrigerator line. ATI was quick and responsive. They had a crew come out to start the mitigation process and drying. Hilary and Bradly were very good to work with and kept me involved throughout the whole process including the insurance claim. I recommend ATI.
