Cannot say enough good things about Discreet! We have been extremely pleased with the service and timing of the service provided. Having water damage to your home is extremely stressful and unfortunately, can strike when you least expect it. Discreet was the first on scene of several companies we called. The were by far the most prepared to asses the damage. Also, they quickly put equipment in place to minimize further damage while we sorted out pricing and timing. They provided a schedule of when the work would be completed, and met the schedule without issue. They answered all our questions with details and data. They also visited our home for other concerns in a very timely manner. They are who I would use for any future needs. I highly recommend Discreet, great service and great people….

Josh and his team are top notch! From start to finish, they are not only professional, but also courteous, neat, and punctual. Everything was explained to me in great detail and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Josh was always available whenever I had a question or concern, and continues to be a source of help even now that the job is complete. They went above my expectations, making sure to sweep or mop the walkways of my condo building before they left each day, and Josh even set up my computer equipment in another room so I could continue to work while the remediation was taking place. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the job and how clean everything was once they finished. The crew are obviously masters of their craft and are so friendly that I was actually sad to see them leave! But I now have a clean, mold free home and the difference is amazing. I wake up each day with fresh air and no coughing or congestion. I had quotes from other companies that were twice the price for half the amount of work.
