Dealing with water damage is definitely not fun — it’s stressful, messy, and honestly just a headache. Michael and his team at Rainbow Restoration made it so much easier to get through. They set everything up perfectly, taped down cords, and made sure I could still live comfortably in my home while the drying and repairs were happening. Michael checked in often and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I felt totally looked after through the whole process — can’t recommend them enough!

Hands down 5 stars across the board! They were extremely thorough throughout all aspects of the job. Explained everything there were doing and gave a precise timeline. Michael listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease with the process, he showed up hours after our insurance called and got the process started. End result, it was a quick efficient process and our house is dry! Not only do I recommend their services, if I need similar services again, I will request them! We can't say enough good things about Michael. He takes pride in his job and customer satisfaction! Hire these guys!

The Rainbow Restoration team was there and ready to get started when we needed them most. They worked along side our insurance company to make sure we had the best results possible for our family to move forward. Their team is easy to work with and very efficient.

The service i received from all of the gentlemen, Nathan, Michael and Alex was wonderful. Nathan took the time to explain the whole process and he kept checking back to see how things were progressing. He is very knowledgeable. Micheal did a great job as well. He was very attentive to all the little details. I would highly recommend Rainbow International to anyone I know.

I have to say, that I would give the a 15 out of 10. Rainbow crews were all professional. They were knowledgeable and shared the needed information with me as they performed the mitigation in the house - that included removing the areas that the water had reached. I would have them again as they were absolutely the best. They have gone beyond what I would have expected, and have heard other services provide. I am very pleased with Nathan and his team. Everything from the Packout crew to the demo team was over the top the best.

Nathan came out to address our water damage quickly. He assessed the problem and the equipment was set up the next day. Michael and partner arrived as soon as requested and set up blowers, took note of damages and checked on crawl space. They were able to answer any and all of our questions and concerns with expertise and experience.
