R&R Foundation Specialist

R&R Foundation Specialists raised and stabilized my sinking basement & foundation. The foreman on my job was Diego out of R&R’s Foundation's Tacoma yard. Diego and his crew of Jamie and Omar were absolutely great to work with. I appreciated how Diego works alongside his crew and treats them with respect. The crew represents R&R well. They were a pleasure to have in and around our home. Diego is professional, personable, considerate and a great communicator. Diego (& his crew) are very knowledgeable & experienced and would advise me if he saw anything that he thought I should be aware of, or changes in the plan of attack. He would explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. The job was completed ahead of schedule. Amazing job! I could not be happier with the people (Diego, Jamie & Omar), the awesome work they did and the result of a level house that will not continue to settle. This work is a large financial investment, so I needed the right company. R&R Foundation Specialists was the 3rd of 3 bids I received. Pricing was all in the ballpark, so it was not so much the factor. What I got for that money WAS a huge factor. Tony T, who did the estimate far exceeded the other 2 companies in his comprehensive inspection of the house and what R&R would do to resolve the issue. He addressed areas the others didn’t even see. There was no question after Tony left as to who was doing the work. The details he covered gave me full confidence in R&R to do my work. During the planning stages, everyone at the main office kept me informed on the progress. The job started earlier than scheduled, finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the estimate. Other crews came on a couple days when needed and they were all very nice and knowledgeable, but kudos to my main crew. Office staff and managers who stopped by the job are all exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend R&R Foundation Specialists for your foundation work.

I am extremely pleased with the way my foundation repair project was handled by R&R. The foundation in the back part of my house sunk by 4" at its lowest point. Everyone at R&R from the scheduling team to the guys that worked on the house, were first rate. The crew, led by Terren, worked super hard and were extremely considerate. I’m really glad I got my foundation fixed and that I chose R&R for the job.

I'm glad to have chosen R&R to perform the work to raise my home foundation because they were easy to work with and maintained good communication throughout the project. Shout out to Jimmy and Diego, and the entire crew who were easy-going and took the time to answer my questions between their work to explain the process out to me that was understandable. Another shout out to the water proofing crew for squeezing me into their schedule to replace my storm drains.

Cody and Josh wrapped up their work yesterday afternoon. We were very impressed with both of them. Their work ethic, professionalism, courtesy towards us was such a welcome change from some of the attitudes we encounter daily. Cody listened to us at every step. Especially when they started the raising process. In the end we were happy with the results. Going in our goal was to stabilize the house and stop any further sinking. So getting it lifted if only slightly was a bonus.

Was a struggle working with R&R from the get go. Set a date in which our project was to begin but after waiting around a few hours I had to reach out and see when we could expect the team to arrive. I was then informed that they were working on a different project and we would need to schedule something for the following week. No issue with that but the fact I was not made aware that were not planning on showing up until I reached out was rather ridiculous. The following week they did show up and the project was predicted to last roughly 5 days. There were 2 consecutive days in which they worked but then their attendance became spotty at best. Took much longer for the project to be completed and in the process caused exterior damage to my home. Had to reach out several times as the project leader stated they were going to fix the damage but haven't heard from him in about a week at this point. My wife was very friendly and even provided cookies to the team and despite our hospitality we were never shown the finsished work and I am honestly unsure if everything they did was actually accomplished. Not a terrible company but definitely left a terrible impression on my family and I. Hopefully they can do better going forward and focus on improving their communication skills

Initially had some misunderstandings, but Tony did a great job reviewing my system and getting me a better understanding of my waterproofing needs. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Thanks so much Tony.

My company manages multiple buildings and over the years sidewalks, steps, walkways have moved due to erosion, roots and settling. R&R walked the buildings with me and discussed what remediation of the problems would entail. A competitive quote was provided and scheduled a one day remediation across all the buildings. The team they sent were efficient and ensured we were all on the same page of what was being done. It was definitely a full day for the team, but they remained diligent and successfully completed the tasks. It was evident the team was proud of the work they did and I'm thankful to put these lingering problems behind us.
