ADS came out within 2 hours of calling our insurance company. Insurance reassured us that this was no cost to us. They were incredibly thorough in determining what/where had moisture. Diego was the absolute best to work with. He checked in with us almost daily and communicated every step very clearly to keep us informed. ADS and Diego were instrumental in helping us through this crazy time and keeping our house and items mold free and dry.

I would strongly warn anyone considering this company: they are a scam. From the beginning, I was told they bill the insurance directly and that nothing they did would come out of my pocket or insurance check. That turned out to be completely false. All their good reviews are from the service techs begging for good reviews to get a bonus when they close out and pick up the machines. Yes, the guys are extremely nice, but this is beyond that. They insisted that they HAD to do the demo work, so I agreed, trusting what they told me. Instead of handling it professionally, they subcontracted a crew from Angie’s List who did a terrible job. The "demo" they performed was incomplete and sloppy. They didn’t clear out the materials properly, left all the garbage piled up on the side of my house, and then tried to bill me $1,200 for that so-called service. On top of that, they billed my insurance directly over $5,000 just for leaving machines running in my house. Those machines caused my electricity bill to triple while they were here. To make matters worse, I actually had to supply this Angie's list crew with garbage bags, and when they left, I was stuck with heavy bags of broken tile and drywall sitting outside. These bags got soaked from the rain and became even more of a mess. My own contractor -who I hired- who ADS knew was demoing the bathroom entirely, was already included in my quote for a rebuild - did the demo correctly, and hauled away everything this company abandoned. The bottom line is this: don’t fall for the line that they MUST handle your demo — it’s not true. You have the right to hire your own contractors, and you’ll be far better off doing so. If you let this company do it, you’ll likely end up paying twice: once for their half-done, unprofessional work, and again for a legitimate company to come in and fix the mess they leave behind. I felt it was important to share my experience so others don’t get taken advantage of the way I did... ***NEW UPDATE 9/25/25 Received a certified letter that they are placing a lien on my house for the $1041.80 for the half-ass demo job they subbed out to a crap company off Angie's list. Over $5,000 billed for just having machines at my house wasn't enough ... **Owner.. Your missing the point. I hired MY contractor for a full demo -down to the studs..a REAL DEMO... to prepare to remodel the entire bathroom, for $1500.... Your company, hired a company off Angie's list - Biaggi Renovations... to demo exactly what you see - a foot off the floor, another foot of just the tile, and left the backing ...and left the chicken wire and tile everywhere... YES your ADP rep came in and vacuumed the bathroom.... but the demo in my pictures above is all that was removed!!! Biaggi Reno, your sub contractor -LEFT ALL THE TILE, DRY WALL, BAGS AND BAGS OF ALL THE DEMO on the side of my house FOR ME TO MOVE AND DRAG OUT TO MY CURB, TO PUT OUT TO MY BULK INSIDE MY BLACK GARBAGE BAGS I SUPPLIED!!!!! The only thing your rep took was the vanity. THATS IT. Why would I pay your company $1,041 PLUS my demo of $1,500 (which INCLUDED WHAT YOUR GUYS DID)? Your guys LIED to me, and told me you HAD to do it.. you didn't. That's the point. You LIED, and a all over demo that should have JUST cost me $1,500 ... is now costing me an EXTRA $1,041 PLUS me having to move all the bags of demo MYSELF from your half ass demo. No one seems to understand THAT point. Do you understand what I am saying? Post your pictures of the DEMO YOU DID COMPLETED!! Please ... and post the pictures of the company taking all the trash...

Unfortunately, this was a miserable experience with them. Not only did they break up Specialized crystal lamp and then would not replace it instead they said they only would do a prorated amount because I had it for two years. The lamp worked when they got here it was shattered when they left. Then, after that, I found out that they should have cooled the rest of my house instead, it was 130° in here and they ruined my appliances. That amount of heat made oil come out of my kitchen Aid mixer, my juicer, and my refrigerator now will only freeze everything. It was working up until they made the house so freaking hot and did not cool the remainder of my spaces that they destroyed my appliances. They did not clean like they said they would there were still spiderwebs and dust on all of the outlets in the contained area. Their process took the paint off of my doors and my ceiling. They took pictures and said oh well, I’ll report it. There were no plans to repaint the ceiling in the living room or my bedroom. So now I’m fighting again with the insurance company because they sent them to me to get them to pay for the damage that they did. THEY DISCONNECTED MY DISHWASHER DIDN’T BOTHER TELLING ME SO I WAS DRAINING AIR CONDITIONERS THAT I PUT IN THE HOUSE BECAUSE THEY MADE IT SO HOT AND SO WHEN I WENT TO TURN IT ON THE DRAIN IT, THE WATER SHOT ALL OUT AGAIN AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND RE-DRY MY HOUSE BUT NOW EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE IS DAMAGED. MY DRYER IS SWEATING. MY REFRIGERATOR IS FREEZING THINGS AND IT’S AT THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE I CAN PUT IT. I do not absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND ADVANCED DRYING SYSTEMS ADS. THIS WAS NOT A SMOOTH PLEASURABLE OR ANY OTHER HAPPY WORDS YOU CAN THINK OF EXPERIENCE THEY WERE MISERABLE. THEY DID NOT ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AFTER FINALLY GETTING A HOLD OF ANOTHER COMPANY TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE THAT WOULD’VE DONE DID NOT TREAT MY HOUSE PROPERLY. DO NOT USE THEM. Didn’t even clean up after themselves they left plastic on my floors. And then they were so surprised that the mold level was so low, even though they had completely encapsulated and put plastic on top of the mold that they left And they were surprised that they got a good report and then I had to have somebody else come in and fix their Work. Again. DO not use them.

George was always very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell also he had empathy for what we were going through. He explained What he was doing every step of the way. Great company and employee! I would highly recommend.

Jacob Varney was polite, professional, prompt, and very hardworking during his mold remediation. Even before meeting him, his communication and advisory skills made us feel confident with ADS. Brandy Varney was equally proficient and timely in processing our initial partial payment, and in processing our refund for overpayment. This may have been a tense and anxious experience, but with their quiet and knowledgeable manner they turned it into something that we could accept with confidence and trust. Jacob and Brandy are the dynamic duo of ADS! We would gladly have them manage our restoration phase, if they could, thank you!

Mr. Hebert conducted a very thorough assessment throughout the mitigation process. He was exceptionally helpful, carefully testing anything that raised concerns about mold or moisture. His passion for his work is clear, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of mitigation services.
