Empire Services West did an outstanding job with our restoration project. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. Juan was especially great to work with—he communicated clearly, was always on time, and made the whole process much less stressful. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the people he’s helping. Highly recommend this company if you’re in need of reliable restoration services!

They were absolutely fantastic to work with their communication was impressively quick, and they worked at a speedy pace without compromising the quality of their service. With how their driver road rages in traffic, I wouldn’t want this rude individual at my house. Saw him yelling at someone who got in front of him during rush hour. Hanging out the window screaming is very unprofessional and hope management has a conversation with them.

If I could leave no stars I would but I would like to write a review. This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. They’re very unprofessional and just want to get paid. The repair team that was assigned to our house was unqualified… We started off with our ceiling falling in due to a leak and ended with having to repair what they "fixed". Our tile was chipped, we have chunks of our grout missing, and the texture on our walls looked like a 3 year old did it. Not to mention that they left our house completely destroyed with dust, drops of drywall, and ruined our grout. When I brought this up I was told my house was a "construction zone" and got laughed at. They begged for us to give the unqualified workers a 2nd try and I told them that they could bring in the same company just not the same crew and they showed up with the same crew.. very unprofessional and disrespectful. After everything we asked for them to take the cost of the floor protection off because it didn’t work and they refused to do so. DO NOT go with this company. I’ve attached photos

Empire Services West are a fantastic restoration company to use. They made the process smooth and got repairs on my house done in a timely and organized manner. Floyd and Juan A were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!
