Quick Restore

I needed backsplash done in my kitchen and called Quick Restore. I worked with Jacob Freestone and he helped to coordinate the whole thing! He recommended tile based on what we were looking for and had his backsplash guy come quickly to complete the project. The backsplash was installed beautifully and professionally! I would recommend working with Jacob and Quick Restore to anyone!

I am a homeowner sitting here with my house torn apart and left to put back the pieces myself after dealing with this company. Quick Restore has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Rooter Ranger called them out after pipe broke and I had to have new pluming blasted through. "Not so "Quick Restore" was apparently called out to do mitigation and restoration part. Ethan Gray was supposedly my project manager. He is very difficult to reach, does not responded to text or calls. I even tried calling the office after being ghosted by Ethan and was told the issue would be escalated. It has been six days now and I have not heard a word back from anybody at their company. I feel like they took the insurance money and ran. I will be contacting my insurance company for an itemized invoice for what they have billed and been paid for to this point. If there are any discrepancies or over charges, I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company the BBB. I hope their billing practices are not as shady as their "mitigation and restoration"

My experience with Quick Restore was fantastic. My project manager, Chris, was very responsive and communicated with me very consistently throughout the demo and repair of my flooring and walls. I was really impressed with his level of professionalism and the level of professionalism of the whole team. I work fully remote and the guys were very respectful of that while they were working. There was an issue with my grout, but before I had a chance to contact Chris, he called me first to say he noticed this and would get it fixed asap. To me, it showed a lot of integrity. The work looks great and I could not be happier with the repairs.

We went with Quick Restore on a whim due to emergency circumstances, and I feel lucky we happened to find a trustworthy and reliable restoration company in a pinch. Larry Campos and his team were on site within two hours of the call, with a plan in place for water mitigation and treatment. His extensive team of mitigation and demolition crews made sure to get our home dry, scrubbed, and prepped for restore in an extremely timely manner. Larry did a great job communicating and making my wife and I feel heard and comfortable in a potentially hazardous and stressful situation. After demolition, the mitigation team was in constant contact with me and returned to my home multiple days in a row to evaluate the moisture levels and determine if the area was dry enough to begin restoration. Kyle and Edwin were instrumental in ensuring the estimate from our insurance company was accurate and complete, making sure our home was restored to an adequate state. Finally, Jacob Freestone was on top of the rest of the project from the moment we started the restoration. His project manager, Daniel, and their team of contractors, were timely, professional, courteous and clean. They listened to our concerns and helped ensure we were all on the same page when it came down to upgrading some kitchen features. The speed they completed the project was astounding, and the results were absolutely more than satisfactory. As our five year old said, "this this MUCH more fabulous!". One month to the day of the pipe break, we had a brand new, fully functioning kitchen, and even the nitpicky punch list I had made on my phone had been completed as well. Huge thanks to Quick Restore and all of their employees!

My folks had a water leak caused by a faulty hose on their washer. It made a big mess and quick restore came right away to help them. They did excellent work from start to finish! Tion was the project manager and she went above and beyond to take great care of them! My folks are older and having their laundry room and garage in disrepair was understandably difficult for them. Tion was so understanding, friendly and professional! She communicated clearly with them, and me too, keeping us advised every step of the way. She worked so quickly and was a huge help! Miguel did a great job with the repairs and everything turned out wonderfully! To finish, Tion had a crew out to put all their belongings back into place. I highly recommend using Quick Restore!

I used Quick Restore for a water leak I had. The mitigation team was great. Gustavo and his team came first and did the demolition, treated the areas with water, and set up all of the fans to help with drying. They were very professional and clean and always answered all of my questions. I had to call Gustavo a couple times after and he was also pleasant and helpful!! The team who came to pick everything up once it was all dried out was Antonio and Lalo. They both were quick and efficient on getting everything out of the house. I had an appointment for the day before but team needed to cancel due to some emergencies elsewhere from the heavy rain we had in Phoenix. When I got Antonio the next day, he made it a point to make sure he still got to my house after a busy day to pick everything up even though it was past 7pm. He communicated the whole time with me on when he was going to be there which was nice. I was very thankful. So far Quick Restore has been great. I’m waiting on them to schedule the rebuild/repairs and I hope to continue having a great experience with them. I would recommend them in the future.

Our house flooded because an upstairs toilet , and it caused quite a bit of water damage. We just bought this house less than a year ago and recently moved in with a completely remodeled kitchen. As I sat and watched the water leak through my ceiling , I was panicked and googled the first emergency plumber. The restoration company came right away to start drying out and tearing apart my dry wall. My husband and I left the house so they could work because we have a son with Autism that doesn’t do well with noise. When we got back we saw a clean job that was very professional! My husband installs doors and windows for a living and he was very impressed with the clean up and the clean job. Thanks to Brandon , Mitch , Gustavo and Scott , for giving us prompt service, and working hard to ensure we can start remodeling our kitchen back to its undamaged state! Even though this is a stressful situation for us , this company was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They arrived promptly and on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything cleaner than when they found it. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. In a stressful situation, their fast response and excellent service brought so much relief. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and top-notch service!
