Shortly after I made a call to this company, the owner and his crew arrived to begin removing and disposing of water-damaged items. After cleaning, sanitizing, and drying the floor area, everything was put back in place. I called the AAA for help, they showed up quickly and professionally. The owner was there to prioritize and assist the crew. They were kind, courteous and very respectful. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be calling them in the future!!

My basement flooded over the weekend due to heavy rain. My insurance agent referred me to AAA. The representative was very professional but insisted on payment in full $2500 before the work started. As an attorney I would never recommend paying in full for any service before the work is completed or paying without a written agreement. I called a different company to complete the cleanup work. They didn’t ask for any money upfront.

We were so pleased with the quick and professional service we received from AAA Disaster Cleanup. They made the process so much better by treating us with respect and giving us timely service. It was very clear to us that we had the best of the best here to fix the problems in our home and help us get back on track. We also appreciated the time they took to deal with the insurance company and make sure that things were handled properly on that and as well. Thank you!

Called AAA on a Thursday night due to my flooded basement. I was surprised to talk to real person and very friendly as a bonus. Steve explained everything very well and had a crew dispatched in very impressive time frame. We could not be there due to work but when i got home my house no longer smelled like wet socks. My wife said the crew was very well mannered and respectful. Being my anniversary weekend it was so nice to call a company and not have to worry 🙂 ty ty to whole team top to bottom.
