Nice and professional! Notes: -Could have cleaned up the dirt after they were done with the basement -I have one small leaked coming through but after the concrete hasn't fully dried yet -They will work while you're not home and its very helpful knowing they will get the job done -Having a warranty that lasts for 25 years is very comforting (If you sell the home it does transfer over) -My house had a smell from a damp basement and once the humidifier kicked on It went away completely Other than all of that, they came in, got the job done in 2 days rather than 3 and kept me and my fiance informed throughout the entire process.

They told me exactly what was happening with my basement, with water coming up through the floor, and explained exactly what products I’d receive and the benefits with them as well. They were prompt and awesome guys to work with, and impressed me with their services from the get-go. Now to the actual project: Jon and Mike were superstars, they showed up promptly, explained everything they were going to do, and knocked it out perfectly! They worked with my busy work schedule and kept me informed on every step of the repairs. The work they did was quick! I barely had to be without anything while the project was underway, Mike and Jon and their crew were very accommodating of my home and myself. They kept things clean and tidy and very respectful. The work they did looks amazing and I’m extremely thankful for all of their hard work. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to them for my home improvement needs, and I think everyone else should too! After the bad rain storm we experienced and having standing water we decided to get our basement looked at. We had Erie home come in and felt confident with the salesman's spiel what he was telling us, so we decided to go with them It turned out to be a nightmare! They came in to start the project and left a complete mess (tools left and laying wherever, concrete on personal items, they didn't block off entry ways and all the debris flying all over the rest of my home, dug out my beams which they weren't supposed to, wrapped our foundation wall wrong, left food and drink garbage lying around and in addition to all that the job wasn't done correctly, so they had to come back and redo it again. Ok great, right! NO my floor that was dugged out is way higher than my original flooring, and there is lumps of concrete all around my exterior walls, so we call AGAIN and they come out, but tell us to sign off on the project and use the warranty to get the job done correctly. Are you serious? This company has not been great and left us without a washer and dryer for a month + and we are a family of 6 and because my floor is so uneven my washer doesn't spin, so I'm still out of a washer, but they could careless.
