Five stars for Service Master! I was extremely impressed with their response time. Within an hour, Sid was at my house assessing the damage, even though insurance dropped the ball and let it go on for far too long, he was there to get started. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the drying process and setting up the equipment and answered all my questions. His team went out the next day to remove and dry the affected areas. David was thorough in his course of action, and they were all professional and courteous. They also worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge help. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone in need of water mitigation.

5 Stars! Got a text message the morning of our scheduled service that our tech was on his way. Another text upon arrival. We had every inch of carpet in the house cleaned. Tech did a great job and put extra time to get stains out.

My beautiful finished basement flooded. My ServiceMaster crew responded quickly to handle the damages after the pipes were cleared. I trusted my crew to work in my home while I was at work. I had a fantastic experience with ServiceMaster! They were able to quickly come out and professionally clean two large items affected by secondhand smoke. Our technician was very friendly and went above and beyond to do an exceptional job in pouring rain. Very impressed with the value for the quality and care. Miracle workers!

Service master was so helpful & prompt. An other service told us we had a 2 month wait, service master was here the next week. They made everything so easy. My house smelled so clean & looked great. No more smoke smell.

My basement flooded and when I had the water cleaned up I noticed black spots under peeling paint in a dark corner of my basement. I contacted Servicemaster after business hours and they answered right away. They told me someone from the local office would get in touch. The following day I heard from Sid, a project manager. Regionally we’d had a lot of rain and Sid was upfront and explained he would not be able to come out immediately but offered to troubleshoot over the phone or via text and scheduled a visit as soon as he was available. On our scheduled appointment day, Sid checked in ahead of time, arrived promptly, provided me helpful education, and resolved my issues and concerns easily.

Had a washing machine disaster on a Saturday evening. They came and started immediately after calling, then spent most of Sunday through Wednesday tearing out damage and drying out water, then checked on the remaining drying for 3 days before taking away their machines. We are so grateful for the quick and complete effort to fix this mess.
