Doan Restoration of Michigan, LLC

Doan was recommended by the plumbing company I used to dry out, demo, diagnose and treat water damage. I could not be more pleased with the work, and , equally as important, the professionalism of the team who came by over the course of a week. The team was led by Stephanie, and the reason I am taking my time to write this review. I have not had a service representative that did work on my home as communicative, professional, friendly and efficient as she demonstrated. The team delivered exceptional service during what was a stressful situation.

I cannot recommend Doan enough. After our home was flooded on a saturday evening, we contacted several restoration service pros in the area - NO ONE was available to come to us for a few days. Doan, specifically, stefanie and mike were able to be at our place within an hour. They helped and continue to help immensely. They set up all of the equipment, began assessment, took photographs, and work directly with insurance. Doan, stefanie, mike, and erics kindness, promptness, professionalism, and efficiency has been beyond appreciated during a difficult time. They are truly pros and have been life savers. I was given the manangers direct phone number and was able to be in touch with him on a sunday morning to get things sorted out - you can tell they know what they are doing and explain everything with knowledge. The following day the demolition was able to be started and they continue to put me in contact with the right people for the next steps. Eric has been in continuous contact with me giving me updates and answering all my questions. The whole team has been a pleasure to work with. As a first time home owner their guidance and help has been excellent. Thank you Doan!

Mike Kliemann was incredible for us! We had a flood and he quickly got things dry and removed the stuff that might have gotten moldy. Price was fair too!! Amazing!!
