Emergency Restoration

To whom it may concern: Emergency Restoration gets a 5 star rating . I recently had a leak issue in my lower level closet. I had no idea what to do or who to call. By some lucky fluke I called Emergency Restoration. They were fantastic…explained all that was going to be necessary to remediate the problem, how long it would take to put the closet back together…and how much it would cost. The entire team was helpful. They worked well with my insurance company and expedited the entire process. The owner Al David even came out to see the project. Joey, Jim, Derek, and Jordan were more than just helpful…they were experts and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them highly!! Marsha G

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Had a flood in my basement over the summer, called them. They were there within the hour, great guys( and girls )very professional, very clean. They did all the mitigation and they also did all the repair work and I couldn’t be happier! 5⭐️’s across the board !

Al, Derek, and Ken were out to our office early Friday morning to clean all of the carpeting. They were very pleasant and hard working. Our carpet looks amazing. Everything was fresh and clean without that chemical smell. Would 100% recommend.

Emergency Restoration has helped me twice now. Each time they are prompt, courteous and fair. Last week our basement flooded and my wife delivered a new baby within two days. The team went out of its way to help with everything possible and make sure we came home from the hospital to a house out back together. I would highly recommend this great company.

The Emergency Restoration crew arrived within 2 hours of my call to remediate flooding and board up the egress window in my basement that shattered during the flash flood event on 06/18/2025. The team was very professional and quickly deployed dryers and a dehumidifier to begin the drying process. There was frequent follow up and good communication in the days that followed.

Notice there's no recent reviews? Here's mine. I hired this company for a house flood. Completely unresponsive for the remediation, at one point my "specialist" (unnaned so they don't take this down like the rest) yelled at me for calling him while he was "in Florida with his wife" while I was homeless in Michigan in February. After delays upon delays, I foolishly tried to use them for the rebuild. They did one day of work and I had to end it. Insurance paid for plywood subfloors and they installed fiber board (unsuitable for subfloors). They also primed over picture hooks in the wall and couldn't properly install drywall (pictured), totally careless. The house still smells from the subpar remediation 2 years later. This company preys on vulnerable people and profits immensely from insurance claims. Absolutely avoid this company. I can't fathom treating a customer the way I was treated.

Jorden and Ken were just here. They cleaned up and floor in the basement with a disinfectant. They made sure that I was pleased with everything. The entire company was great
