When I had a water leak at my rental property, I was preparing for a complicated and expensive insurance claim. Todd completely changed that. ​He personally called me from the property and told me something I've never heard from a contractor: he advised me to do something that would make him less money. He realized the fix would cost less than my deductible and strongly recommended I not file the claim to protect my insurance rates. He put my financial well-being ahead of his own profit. ​This act of pure honesty and integrity saved me a significant amount of money and future headaches. In a world where it's hard to know who to trust, you can absolutely trust Todd. He has earned a customer and a vocal advocate for life.

Better Way Services, referred to us by our homeowners insurance, provided outstanding remediation and restoration. Our project manager, Michael, was exceptional—ensuring everything was done correctly and keeping us informed every step of the way. We were especially impressed by their honesty. When something was slightly damaged, they immediately took responsibility and made the repairs flawlessly. That level of integrity is rare and appreciated. The onsite crew also did fantastic work, particularly with the painting and patching—they made our ceiling look perfect. The whole team was professional, punctual, and left our space in better condition than before. We highly recommend them.

Better Way Services has been awesome. As a military family who has done many moves over the years this pack out was the best experience yet. Lisa and Morgan were thoughtful, fast and on time. They took the time to communicate and ask questions to make sure the packing was done to my satisfaction. They also swept and cleaned up after themselves. They were great with animals too. Highly recommend.

Big Time-Little Time.. Wowza, what a great company. They were sent by my homeowners insurance company to look at a restoration project after plumbing issues. Tom gave a good and fair estimate to get the work started and then assigned Gary as the project manager to get the rebuild started. Gary has been great in communicating with me and letting me know the timeline on when and what will be started and completed. Today .Alfred spent 7 1/2 hours here repairing drywall, painting and resetting vanities. Alfred is a machine, what a hard worker and really did a great professional job. Looks great. Now we will wait for the plumber and shower and tile people. After 17 nights at a hotel it is great to be home and having project almost completed so we can unpack and organize. Put your faith and trust in Better Way Services, they are for real. Big Time.

Kent, Michael and Billy were incredible. On time, called to let me know arrival time, cleaned up when they were done. I LOVE my new sink! Appreciate their recommendations for the sink. Looks wonderful. Also used their services to move a gas line. Again the service was so great. Michael even met the inspector. Everything went so smoothly. Kent also offered suggestions for contacts who could assist me with other projects. All of his recommendations were spot on, providing outstanding services. I absolutely would recommend Best Way Services to anyone who would like the job well done, to be treated with courtesy and to have the project completed in a timely professional manner.

I was fortunate to be stewarded by Better Way Services through a 6-month grueling house renovation -- by both Brandon and the Better Way crew directly, and by hazard specialists hired for asbestos removal. To prepare, Billy methodically removed ALL kitchen cabinets and appliances (!!), storing them in adjacent rooms. They lingered after the entire restoration project was completed to see that smallest details were attended to, utilizing custom creative talents best suited for my 40s era hand-made house.
