John was amazing, easy to work with and personable. Very quick to come check the damage and give us an estimate - super spot on with the estimate too. They worked with the insurance for us, which was a relief! The crew was knowledgeable, polite and never disruptive even though it was a big project.

My experience with 1 800 water damage was great. We had a lot damage from a leak up stairs. They were fast getting the water cleaned up. They help with insurance company where I was not on the phone dealing with all the details. Help us restore our house better than it was before. With the many horror stories about water damage issues and after disappointment of our insurance company hanging us out to dry, we were overly cautious in proceeding with repairs. We were extremely pleased with the initial estimate and vast knowledge of owner John, numerous conversations and hand holding by office administrator Megan, understanding and working with our budget by Matthew, drywall removal and remediation by Joel, and the final drywall, texturizing and painting by Wayne. Each person handled their area of expertise with professionalism, courtesy and patience.
