Everyone from Servpro was extremely helpful. They were all so kind and understanding of my situation. My son caught fire in my home and so much more had to be done that I was unaware of, but each team; Ronnie Davis, Breana Fleck and her wonderful crew that packed me and cleaned and returned everything. We're outstanding. Collin and his restoration crew could not have done a better job. Of of them were kind, courteous and very helpful. I had never had to deal with an insurance claim before but was given an excellent understanding of how things happen. If I had any questions at any time they were always available or called me back within an hour. You can't go wrong with this company. They made a very sad and rough time much easier to handle. Thanks you guys, you were great to work with!!

From the first call to Ronnie Davis until the last goodbye to Breana Fleak of the pack-in crew, things went extremely well with Servpro. With two 70-year-olds and a 95-year-old in the residence, it was crucial to get the best company on the job. When we found out we had a major water problem in our home I called Ronnie due to a previous positive experience I had on a commercial project. Within minutes the remediation crew (I am sorry I don’t remember their names) was on site removing flooring and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They came back and finished up finding the extent of the damage the next morning. The six-person pack-out crew headed by Breana Fleak was needed to make the affected area clear of precious belongings. I listened from my home office as this small army of professionals sang, yes sang while they worked. Jerry came back daily to check on the progress and was able to pinpoint the very point at which the water problem had originated. This precision pinpoint made it easy for the plumber to fix the disastrous, consistent problem. Breana and crew returned with the pack-out crew including John and another man (I can’t remember his name). They took all the belongings out of the way for reconstruction to commence. Now that there was no more water coming into our affected area, we were able to meet with Randy Howard to start talking about reconstruction. He brought in Wade Buchannan, and the long process began to take a more positive tilt. Materials chosen, reconstruction began and in no-time we were ready for pack-in. Looking back, I am again very happy to have made the call to Servpro when we felt the most vulnerable. I highly recommend Servpro, South Tulsa for your disaster problems. Thank you, Dave Jones.

Things started great. The mitigation team was quick, polite, and clean. Randy was awesome with communicating timeliness and next steps. He helped push my slow insurance towards getting things moving. 5 up to this point. Then, the job was handed over to Jason. He was condescending on the first call. Telling me he was going to my house that day. Not asking if I would be available, just expecting that I would drop what I was doing and be there same day, then gave a half day window like I should just sit around and wait for him. He told me on a Thursday that he had found my flooring and that if I paid for it that day, he would get it Friday and start work Monday. Monday came, and he told me he was just buying the floor that day and would get it the next day. His management of timeline, communication, and his contractors is about as bad as it comes. Monday they were there 3 1/2 hrs doing drywall, but didn't start anything else. Tuesday 1 hr to do mud touch up, but didn't start anything else. Wednesday they hadn't shown up by 1230, so I contacted him, and was told that I was his top priority but they were working elsewhere. They showed up around 140, and then stayed until after 630. Thursday and Friday were fine, but then at 430 Friday I get told they were coming Saturday morning. No one bothered to ASK, just assumed I had nothing better to do with my life. They covered the entire kitchen in plastic and left it the entire week, as though we didn't need to use the kitchen...AT LEAST ASK IF IT NEEDS TO COME DOWN FOR THE EVENING. The paint quality was so bad they had to come back and touch up because the wall painter got wall paint all over the freshly painted ceiling. They came back Monday to paint the ceiling and left a strip of ceiling paint along the wall. They got trim paint all over the wall and the NEW FLOOR. They didn't put trim board back after carpet was fixed and tried to give USED MUSTY floor padding (see photo) Jason was surprised when I sent photos, because besides dropping floor off Tuesday, and 10 mins Wednesday, he never came by the job. How you manage a project you never look at is beyond me. It got to the point I had to just tell him not to send anyone back to fix anything else. Zero consideration for our time or our home. Disappointed. Basically "paid for a name" as Jason said about another flooring company.

He coordinated all parts of the restoration job, kept it running smoothly and in a timely manner. Communication from him was excellent! He is excellent at his job, and all his subcontractors did great work.

We had a water heater burst in a garage closet, that leaked into our kitchen and ServPro South Tulsa County provided phenomenal service! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with from Wade's first call to Isaac and Antonio's above and beyond clean-up. They were empathetic and explained everything they were doing and didn't mind me asking questions. Ronnie has been super helpful with explaining the insurance process and what to expect. Jerry was polite and thorough with the daily checks and Brandon as well when he stopped by on the weekend. We were so confident with their work, we chose them to do the repairs and met with Randy today who was very helpful with explaining the upcoming process. Thank you all for making a bad situation better!
