I had a great experience! my toilet had flooded my entire house, i got Richard and Gilbert to come , and they came immediately! Throughout the extensions, Richard and Gilbert stayed in constant contact with me. Yes, circumstances occurred that I didn’t expect.. I really appreciate the care taken by this company and would recommend them to anyone that ends up needing restoration services! My house looks amazing

I hired DMI Restoration because I had a leak under my bathtub and my plumber suggested them. Gilbert arrived immediately - like the same day. I dealt with Richard, the owner, who in turn dealt directly with my Insurance company. My family was put in a hotel where we stayed for 5 months. Throughout the extensions, Richard and Gilbert stayed in constant contact with me. Yes, circumstances occurred that I didn’t expect.. wild fires in California and my old house issues, BUT those things were out of DMI’s control. I really appreciate the care taken by this company and would recommend them to anyone that ends up needing restoration services! My house looks amazing - Heather

I have used this company both for restoration when my house flooded as well as for carpet cleaning. Very thorough. They worked with my insurance company to get me all new vanities, carpet, and flooring. My house looked more updated since it has an older style originally. Got stains out when I used them for carpet cleaning. Great value for price I paid!

Very professional company. I’ve used them since 2019. They were able to clean all the pet stains on the carpet and made my carpet look great! I feel they give quality service at a great price and I plan to keep using them regularly.

The team at DMI Restoration has completed work on our home multiple times over the last few years, varying from a simple carpet cleaning to a complete mold remediation and repair. I was wanting the carpets cleaned on our house that we were closing on the following day (selling) and their van broke down after they applied the chemicals to the carpet. We no longer owned or lived in the house the next day, so there was no need to have them cleaned. I told them we would no longer need the service and asked for a refund. They still attempted to contact the new homeowners (of which they had no idea about the cleaning in the first place) against our requests of not reaching out to them. They only issued a partial refund after a month of us contacting them almost daily. I do not recommend their services whatsoever.
