Our condo complex in Gulf shores, Alabama sustained extensive damage in 2020 from hurricane Sally. The first storm chasing crew that arrived did a terrible job mediating the damage and then tried to overcharge. Our condo association was in a desperate situation because we were having to deal with insurance and trying to budget for repairs. Nathan and his crew came to the rescue. I’m not even an HOA board member but Nathan has been incredibly responsive and helpful to all of us. He had to pick up the pieces, square things away with the insurance and then begin rebuilding in an area with limited resources and workers. You don’t know how stressful it can be dealing with the aftermath of a major hurricane and even worse, having storm chaser take advantage of people in desperate times. Truly thank God for people like Nathan who are honest, responsible, knowledgeable and an incredible work ethic.

I just can’t say enough about what a great experience it has been dealing with All-Star Disaster Restoration. Nathan and his crew are top notch! They are both professional and personable, willing to go out of their way to help you, and I’ve never known anyone who keeps a cleaner site. After our condos were hit by Hurricane Sally, All-Star arrived and started the tear-out and rebuild before most properties around us even had the debris cleared from their sites. With all that’s involved with this major rebuild, they take time with any condo owner who has questions or concerns. I don’t wish disaster on anyone, but this is definitely the company you want if it happens to you!

Awesome Company. They are doing our rebuild from Hurricane Sally and Nathan and his entire crew have been top notch. You always have one in the bunch that nothing is ever right or good enough, so don't take stock in a 1 star review with the never ending run-on sentence. Every owner I have personally spoken with feels the same as I do. Great company, Great Work and Great employees.

I am very satisfied with this company. Nathan and his team came in after Hurricane Sally and have been exemplary. They have gone above and beyond to insure we are rebuilt to the highest standards. I think everyone in our condo association feels as I do, except for Judy Thompson who wouldn’t be satisfied if Jesus Christ himself did the work.

Our hot water tank burst and our insurance company recommended All Star Disaster Restoration. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use them. Josh and his team were trustworthy, highly skilled and communicated well thru phone and text each step of the repair of part of my hand scraped hard wood flooring and refurbishing of all. Looks just like new again. I highly recommend them. -Rick
