I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs! My carpet flooded from an unknown source and I was able to speak to Christopher Watchorn, who was extremely helpful and courteous. I was absolutely distraught over the situation. Christopher showed impressive professionalism while also being sympathetic and listening to my concerns. He scheduled an appointment for me and the following day Chance Meeks and his crew showed up (on time) and was able to quickly assess the problem and provide solutions, as well as going beyond what they were sent to do, like finding the source of my water leak, to which I’m forever grateful. BMS has fantastic customer service and I will only be using this company in the future.

A Remarkable Show of Compassion and Kindness These days, it's not often you find individuals who extend themselves beyond their job's typical demands. But Chris from BMS CAT is one such exceptional person. During a particularly disastrous storm over the weekend, it was my elderly widowed neighbor who bore the brunt. She faced potential roof damage from high winds and tree debris, leading me to seek Chris's advice and potential assistance. Even though this request fell outside his regular duties, Chris's response was immediate and heartfelt. Unfazed by the demanding task or the intense summer heat, he promptly arrived at my neighbor's house, prepared to offer his help. His dedication and commitment were truly inspiring. Chris not only painstakingly inspected the roof, but he also took upon himself the task of removing all the fallen tree limbs scattered across it. What's more, he did this without expecting anything in return, simply out of sincere concern. His actions didn't resemble someone merely delivering a professional service. Instead, they were the actions of a compassionate individual providing a helping hand to a fellow community member. He not only cleared the debris off the roof but also provided peace of mind and a shining example of community solidarity. Chris's selfless act was a lesson in humility. He showed that there are people willing to help others, even outside their job duties, despite the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ken Stevens came out to assess the damage to my property and provided what I believe to be the first honest evaluation. Prior to his visit, I had a few other water restoration companies assess the situation, and they all gave me direct-pay quotes ranging from $3,750 to $4,500, despite the fact that I had already addressed most of the damage myself. I had a friend extract all the water, remove the flooring and baseboards, and cut the drywall around the origin of the leak. Additionally, I had rented several dehumidifiers, which Ken confirmed were more than sufficient for the square footage and extent of water damage. Unlike the other companies, Ken didn’t resort to scare tactics or unnecessary upselling. While the other assessments focused on exaggerated risks, like mold growth, Ken used his moisture reader to verify that there was no significant moisture left in the walls. He reassured me that, given the newness of my home, the likelihood of mold was minimal. Even though there was no work for his company, Ken took the time to thoroughly measure moisture levels throughout my house. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism he demonstrated. While BM wouldn’t benefit financially from my situation, Ken’s integrity stood out. I highly recommend him and would definitely call them again (knock on wood) if I ever need their services in the future.

Recently my employer experienced a rather large fire that left quite a bit of damage and I was given the task of seeing to it that the entire process was managed. What an enormous task... on the morning of the fire, BMS arrived on site around 8 am- Johnathan Roberson- to let me know what services they offered. I was provided with a card and told they could start immediately with services. I took their card and said I would get back with him- Johnathan returned a few hours later just to check in and I am so glad he came back, and we were able to get the process long (roughly 10 months) started! During the mitigation phase, I worked the Jason Birk (GM) Chance Meeks, and Louis Fruge. Each member of this team was wonderful to work with and was able to help me with answering all of my questions, including assisting with providing the proper information to the insurance company. This team worked around the clock to ensure my employer did not miss any time in operation and that we were ready for the reconstruction phase. During the reconstruction phase, my contacts were Eric Hightower, Jim Smittle, and Dan. Reconstruction started with our office portion and was completed in a very timely manner allowing for the office personnel to return to "normal" work operations rather quickly! Both Eric and Jim have been exceptional throughout the whole reconstruction phase! I certainly know that I called them constantly with questions about the entire process and both had no issues getting back to me- no matter if it was how many lumens were in a light fixture that was being replaced or if their skilled labor was willing to work longer hours/weekends to accommodate one of our needs they always helped. The services Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT provided, I could not be more pleased! From the very beginning with the salesman all the way down to working with Trina in the collections department things were explained to me in a clear manner and I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. I truly am so thankful for the entire team that provided me with help in what was a very stressful and overwhelming time. I highly recommend them and would hands down use their services again, if needed.
