Keep looking… this is not the place! I called this company on Saturday night when I found that my bedroom ceiling had caved in due to an AC issue. First, the service operator said a project manager would be calling me shortly…. 30 minutes went by. I decided to call again to clarify when I should expect the call. Then the so-called "project manager" called (maybe 15 minutes after that) and said that he didn’t have anyone available at that hour (reasonable based on weekend day and hour of the night ), and that I should expect a call the following morning at 8:30 a.m. Here we are 3 days later and I have yet to hear from them. Please don’t bother, definitely not a reliable company.

911 is the perfect name for this company - they saved us rather quickly, and more than just once! Firstly, their responsiveness is unparalleled and we were astounded as to how quickly our team got back to us with any questions we had about the process, and how fast they got to the site. That team consisted of two of the nicest guys: Omry & Josh. They were beyond dedicated to remediating the mold we had in our newly purchased house- they even worked all through 4th of July weekend- and would not stop until it was all gone. In addition to that they would text us updates from the job site, send us videos of them locking up at night, and constantly update the portal so we could see the before & after pictures of all the progress they were making on our house. In terms of the actual work, they were very thorough, and we passed the independent testing of samples after they were finished. Mold is a nasty element, so they left nothing to chance and really removed the surrounding areas that were affected. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for, and after some negotiating we felt comfortable with 911 and the various procedures they recommended and later performed on our home to do the job right. We will be sure to use them again (hopefully not too soon!) but highly recommend them and their services - truly worthy of 5+ stars in our opinion. Again, our team of Omry & Josh truly and authentically cared about us, our home, and doing a good job. We were beyond satisfied with them, so ask for them specifically if you are remediating any mold!

Choose 911 Restoration if you want knowledge, courtesy, expediency, and an amazing job. I found myself with two separate mold issues in a six month period , but the team at 911 Restoration made it painless, quick, and comfortable. In fact, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had since becoming a home owner. Despite the frustration that comes in needing their expertise, their knowledge and customer care was absolutely top notch. Their recommendation for additional solutions was also remarkable and I simply can’t say enough great things. As someone who only recently became a new home owner, know you are in great hands with this team and you should look no further.

This is an A+++ company. Ray and his team cleaned up a nasty mold problem in the house we’d just purchased, treated the rooms and us (including our dog) with respect and care, and after a first rate job, left the job site clean and neat. The company’s comforting words, "Whatever we can do to help," aren’t just a slogan. 911’s company name is right on. And the quality of their work, crew and management are first rate. And at a fair price. 911 Restoration was the best and smartest call I made during our renovation. Highly recommended!

911 Restoration helped us remediate water damage in our home from the past two years’ heavier rains. We had four different areas that required work, and they tackled the project flawlessly. From sealing the work areas perfectly (to minimize inconvenience and dust in the rest of the house) to drying all areas completely to documenting every step of the project to hooking us up with a company who could then seal everything back up - every step was easy, efficient, and effectively done. They did the bulk of the work while we were out of town, and were 100% trustworthy, responsive and reliable. And they completed the project within the timeline and budget proposed initially. I would use them again for any relevant project and would recommend to anyone!

Omry and his team were extremely thorough throughout the entire process. We had water damage that started on the 3rd floor and flooded 3 stories of our home. The water went all the way down to the 1st floor. We’ve never had water damage before that so we didn’t know what to expect. Their estimate was reasonable and precise. They answered all of our questions and explained to us what needed to be done and why- which we really appreciated. They even kept us informed on each step of the project.
