My second floor condo was flooded Thursday evening when my upstairs neighbors hot water pipes broke and my bathroom ceiling fell down. Simon from Restorez was there almost immediately after, and stayed most of the night. He was back in the morning to meet with me and my son to go over all the resources I could expect, as well as the next steps I should consider. I don’t know how I would have coped otherwise, because I was in deep shock. Simon and Restorez were great!

Arthur recently came to my home to provide an estimate and inspect for water intrusion, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service he delivered. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything he was assessing, explaining each step clearly and professionally. What stood out most was his dedication. He went over and beyond to ensure a thorough inspection of my home, checking areas I would have never thought to look at. His communication was excellent, and he maintained a calm, supportive presence throughout a very stressful situation. Arthur was simply wonderful to work with. Artur came out to give me an estimate on ceiling restoration after the recent rain storm had leaked through my roof. He was very knowledgeable in his description and assessment. He was able to answer all my questions and presented as a strong professional on the subject matter. We’ll see how the rest of the work goes if I decide to have this company finish the work, but Artur was the right man to send to help figure out what the next steps should be for me.

Simon was a the best! Came out within the hour for an emergency flood in my condo. He’s very good at explaining processes offering compassion. His colleague, Cesar who managed the water removal and placing of the dehumidifiers & fans was professional, knowlegeable and caring too.
