Thanks to my rusted fridge waterline that completely popped off, my kitchen and basement flooded. As a recent single mother, I was not mentally prepared for something this drastic to happen. Neighbors and family helped me tear up carpet, pad and the entire basement ceiling. Although, I should have just left it to the pros. I was referred to Complete Restoration through my insurance. Kyle and his team were great to work with! I work two jobs and have an insane schedule. I was worried about having time to get this completed. After talking with Kyle, I felt confident and comfortable letting them do the restoration while I was at work. The job was done quickly and to be honest, everything looks even better than it did before the flood. I even requested a few other repairs and walls to be painted that weren’t covered by my insurance. They happily did them at an affordable price. Thanks for making this horrible disaster easier for me! I can’t thank you enough!

Certified handled a good sized project following an appliance leak at my house. There were a couple bumps in the road, but I will say that things turned out great in the end. There are a lot of moving parts in disaster restoration work, and I think that if you are dealing with good people who treat their customers well and who stand behind their work, you can’t ask for more when it comes to this stuff. Extra thanks to Braden and Andrew for taking care of us, and a nod to the owner Jared, who seems quite a decent guy.

Finding out that a poorly-installed appliance led to black mold is not a fun thing to learn. When the team from Certified Disaster came and started the project to remove and remodel things, they were competent and confident in the quality of their work. And it showed. Scott Berber and his crew (could be Barber - I just called him Scott, and he was fine with it) kept us informed, handled things with our insurance carrier (it helps that the former owner had such great relationships with home and property insurance agents like ours). No project goes perfectly - mistakes are made, things sometimes don’t get done as quickly as anyone wants, and hiccups happen that are out of a contractor’s control. Some of that happened on this project - Scott’s team handled them well. And Scott and I had some good conversations that gave me insight into the passion he has for doing this work to keep his customers living their lives despite the large intrusion. Cabinetry was installed well, floors are so much better, and no sign of mold going forward. Thanks, Scott and Certified Disaster team!

The staff at Complete Restoration provided some of the best service we’ve ever received. Brayan, Jacob, Rickie, and crew were extremely professional, personable, and quick to get our home put back together. Through the mold demo, mold remediation, and repairs there was quick service and excellent communication. Although the circumstances weren’t ideal they made the situation into a positive one. Our home is even more beautiful than it was before the damage. In the event you need a restoration company for your property, this is the company that will get the job done right!

These guys were amazing to work with! Our insurance got us in touch with complete restoration after our basement flooded. Despite delays in construction in the world right now, complete restoration was able to finish our basement in a timely manner. Mold treatment, water cleanup, new sheet rock, carpet, all the things!
