⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Point Restoration absolutely deserves all five stars! From start to finish, their team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly respectful of our home and our situation. A huge thank-you to Matt and Chris for their hard work, clear communication, and for treating our home like it was their own. They made a stressful situation feel manageable. And a special shout-out to Alex, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we felt supported every step of the way. His leadership and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend 5 Point Restoration to anyone needing restoration or mitigation work. Five Point did a terrific job with both mitigation and restoration phases when my mother’s basement flooded recently. They were on site right away and had the place dried out in a couple of days. The restoration also went quickly and now you’d never know the flood happened! I’m keeping their number handy and will definitely ask for their help n the future if needed.

This place was sent out for water mitigation by my insurance. The experience was fantastic and they came before I was even able to be home to see the incident myself as I was four hours away. I was very happy with them so I retained services for the rebuild. My basement was as good as new in two days! They put in my flooring perfectly, designed baseboards to my specifications, painted the color I asked for without me even having to check again or worry about it. New window looks great. Ombo and his team were respectful, clean, quick, and communicative, and it was nice to see them work so well together as they seem to enjoy each others company while doing so.

Five Point Restoration did a wonderful job repairing my basement after my secondary water flooded my basement! The crew worked long, hard hours to repair my flooring & walls, the paint even looks flawless. And they came every day till the job was done. I absolutely recommend them for any repair/rebuild job!

It has now been a year since I worked with Five Point Restoration in 2021. I wanted to give some time to see how the build and remodeling held up, and we have had zero issues since everything wrapped up. While no remodeling job is going to go off without any issues, I've got to say their response, work, and professionalism were great. For the most part we had a man and woman pair of workers who put up framing, drywall, mud, installed items, etc. They put up our new (but used, bought off FB marketplace) vanity and were accommodating and patient when I had to inform them of small changes for how the setup needed to display. We really only had an issue with some of the completely-dried mud peeling up and making a real mess while we painted. The explanation I got is that they have a special way of painting and never have that same issue, and I said well you knew you wouldn't be painting...so how do we paint. They fixed the mudding then instructed us to paint with light pressure with a smaller roller. That worked! We were a smaller remodel of inside of home, so I can understand we wouldn't be highest priority, but whenever an issue needed redoing or they said they would come, they came. That's especially hard to find during this pandemic period. That's hugely valuable. If I'd known more before starting out, I imagine the quoting experience would've been better and smoother. Some things simply weren't clear. Like when we asked for them to install a door, that didn't include any new framing needs, but I didn't know that "install a door" didn't mean that. So we had to pay more to get an exterior door framed to fit. "Install a vanity" didn't include the countertop piece? So we had to pay more to have them cover the vanity cabinets with the granite top it came with. We needed HVAC work done based on what our job entailed, and that detail was forgotten and so became an extra cost. So if I'd known to ask more detailed questions, our quote would've been accurate from the beginning. We were quoted $21k for the job and it ended up being more like $23,500. Not hugely off but every dollar counts. The vendors they brought in during the quoting process were professional and I like the crews they chose for the most part. The HVAC guy said our job would be the last time he'd be working with contractors and that seemed smart to me since even though he was capable, his attitude had me worried that he'd do the best work on his last job of the sort. But the actual five point crew was 5⭐, the quote process 4⭐, the contractor Jared was so great and patient and explained things very well, and the PM was greatly responsive, so we were overall very pleased with the work done in our home. Five Point added a room+closet+door, cut through a wall and added a door, framed in a new door (that they had to trim because I forgot the wall height was shorter there) at the bottom of our stairs, and switched around the setup of our master bath. They brought in the Drain Boyz plumbing to relocate and add another W/D hookup and change the plumbing in the master. Electrical vendor I don't recall but they did electrical for the same W/D needs and added can lights and switches and outlets as needed. Master flooring was a bit of a disappointment but we never saw a sample, just made a selection by viewing on the phone. And the 3rd-party installers didn't do a silicone seal where it met the shower. At one point the labor crew offered to do a few things not included in the quote if we paid them directly. I checked with the PM and he said that was fine and up to us. It wouldn't carry the FPR warranty but then that would mean it was cheaper. So yeah, some interesting experiences, but no regrets, really! I'm very glad I was present for the majority of the work so i could inform the vendors and crews what the plan was. They seemed un(der)informed at times. Close communication with the project manager was key and was gratefully quickly provided.

Had a water leak in drain pipes that required basically a full bathroom rebuild in the basement, with the added joy of asbestos issues. USAA referred us here, and they did a great job all while working around my schedule as much as practical too. We're looking to get estimates for general contracting work for other projects now as they've certainly earned our trust after the completed job.
