Kansas Water and Fire Restoration

BEWARE! They won't give you an estimate and joke that the cost would be "5 to 10 times their estimate anyway". I sent them away and 4 days later I get an invoice for over $300.00 just because they showed up at my house. When I tried to talk to the owner, he talked (yelled) over me and said I could have my attorney call his attorney. HORRIBLE company. I recommend ServPro; they give estimates, are very responsive and their estimates are real.

My wife called Jeremy to come out after hours on a Thursday night. Him and his team did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable honest and answered all of our questions. What was a stressful situation was made so much easier because if Jeremy. Jeremy gave us great service. I highly recommend him if you need anything with fire,water or smoke damage. He stayed until 10pm on a Thursday night. Thank you again Jeremy.

Jeremy came out within hours of my phone call and had all the water out and my basement dry within a couple of days. What could have been a stressful situation ended up being a very smooth process. Jeremy is personable, hard working, and empathetic. He communicated throughout the process and answered my questions before I even thought about them. Highly recommended! Absolutely superior customer service! Mr. J. Simpson arrived at out home to help us with our flooded basement within hrs and then started the job immediately. Due to my cancer and my husband recovering from spinal surgery, I was very concerned about dealing with our insurance co. and the paperwork that needed to be done. Mr. Simpson offered all the services that we needed and agreed to step-in and work directly with our insurance company for us thus relieving all of our stress! Then the extraction process began! Mr. Simpson was a phenomenal work horse! He would start early morning and go full tilt boogy until late in the evening and all the while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude! He answered at least a hundred questions while also calming our concerns over and over. We removed at least 80 gallons of water and he looked over all rooms; painted areas, possible losses, and safety concerns while documenting everything for the insurance rep to review and process. Just a fantastic experience all the way around. This company has definitely set the bar for other state premier companies to work towards! Jeremy was very helpful and was quick to respond to our call. He actually came in on a Sunday evening to help us fix the water damage. Very professional and did a amazing job to put back our basement together.

This company is amazing their bid was under the other companies I had come out. I had a sewer backup from a pipe bursting. The smell was awful and there was sewerage water all over my basement. After it dried I was concerned about the health risk from the sewage. The only company to address my concerns was this one. Jeremy addressed my concerns by him having to wear protective gear to clean and using air scrubbers to remove oder and harmful pollutants. I will tell anyone with any restoration issues with water cleanup this is the company they need. I am sure that they give their best with fire and other problems also. You can not go wrong with them.
