Maggie and Joe were awesome! They came in, quickly assessed the damage, explained the process to us, and immediately got to work. We felt so much more at ease once they were on the job. They patiently answered all of our questions and maintained great communication and follow-up throughout the process. Great people and I highly recommend them!

We just moved into a house. The night we moved in there were torrential rains and the basement flooded. We had only been in our house less than 24 hours. We were new to the area, we didn't even know where to look for help. I called 911 Restoration and they sent Maggie out the next morning. She worked alone and set up dehumidifiers, treated our basement, and fans. The water had mostly subsided from the 6 in it had been the night before. She put things on blocks to get it out of the wet floor and began drying our basement out. She did this all by herself, with no help. She was amazing with her care and empathy to our situation. I would highly recommend 911 restoration to anyone who is facing the same issues. Maggie kept up with us during the process including bringing new equipment after the weekend to dry the basement out more thoroughly. She came when she said she was going to come and did exactly what she said she was going to do. As a result of her work we were able to save the majority of our belongings that were in the basement.

We had an 8" lake in our 1000 sq ft finished basement after tropical storm Chantal on 7/6/25. We were absolutely in shock. 911 Restoration of the Triad has been simply fantastic, from start to finish. They got a crew to our an hour after we called, with a crew, ready to go. Maggie, Eric and Cam (we mostly had just Eric and Maggie after the first day) were all phenomenal. Big, big shout-out to them. We could not believe how hard that crew worked, every time they were here, and how incredibly conscientious they were. They truly treated our home as if it was their own, or their mom or grandma's home. I'm sure their speed in getting to our home saved us even more damage from the water in our basement. We sure hope never to need their services again! But we'd recommend 911 Restoration of the Triad to anyone in a position like we were. Thank you thank you thank you!

Everyone we’ve interacted with so far here has been very friendly and easy to work with. The crew who came out to dry the house was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Water damage and repairs are never "fun" but the whole process has been much less stressful working with 911 Restoration. Their prompt response and customer service is especially commendable given our issues came up over the Christmas holiday!

House burnt down. Major repairs. These guys came in and over performed. My house looks 100% better than before. Fast. Professional. Handled all of my concerns quickly. This was during the COVID-19 shut down and they did everything quickly and professionally. Go with these guys. If I could give them 6 stars then I would.

Coming home to a flooded house is a nightmare. 911 Restoration was SO quick in responding, getting to my house, and removing all of the water. Chase Goins was my main point of contact from day 1 through the very end of being completely remodeled. He knew how to handle every question, problem, and concern that I had. I was so thankful for how he really cared about us, their team, and the project as a whole. He took full responsibility and went the extra miles for us. I also was very impressed with their kitchen cabinet installation team, and the flooring installation. Those guys were highly talented and great to work with. There's a lot of trust involved with these kinds of projects, and 911 Restoration earned my trust and made me happy throughout. Be careful not to hire the cheapest people out there because they won't show up as you need them. 911 Restoration helped me work through my insurance and ensured I came out with major upgrades AND extra profit $$$ in my bank account.

Woke up to 2 inches of water in my kitchen and basement back in July, 2020. My insurance company quickly gave me names to contact and certainly hinter that 911 was a great one in their experience. Quickly called them and just as quick they were at my house handling the "mitigation" process. It was major surgery in my kitchen and living room, but coordinated with me how to handle delicate furniture and maintain some livability while everything dried. They even coordinated/negotiated with my insurance company on billing and costs to both come to a satisfactory arrangement. Just outstanding service. As the owner told me he wanted to be the positive in the negative and they were certainly that. Thanks to all!
