We’ve used this company for years and they continue to impress every single time. During a basic service visit, technician Ben Neilson discovered a serious issue — a breach in our furnace heat exchanger — that we never would’ve known about. His sharp eye and expertise may have saved us from a dangerous situation. Ben was professional, highly skilled, and genuinely friendly. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure our system was safe and running properly. I honestly wish I could give him more than five stars — he absolutely deserves it. This company has earned our full trust over the years, and they’ve never once let us down. Top-notch service every time!

Tyler and Brandon worked hard to install our new furnace and ac system. They finished installation earlier than planned. We greatly appreciate their hard work. Tyler took time to answer questions and explained how to use the thermostat. This was a great experience for us.

The entire process—from scheduling the first visit through the final installation of our new heater—was absolutely flawless. The scheduler and every service provider who came to our home were clean, courteous, and very respectful of both our house and our time. They clearly communicated the issues and the solutions, and I especially appreciated their consistent updates regarding appointment scheduling and arrival times. Their professionalism and transparency made the process stress-free. I feel we received excellent value for both the services and the products provided. LT Parker and Dalton, in particular, were very sensitive to our schedule and worked hard to meet every expectation. Highly recommend!

I had a new heater and AC installed to replace my 18 year old system. Shawn Ballard and his partner did an excellent job with the installation and took great care to not damage the house. He was met with considerable challenges with bad weather and a tight attic access, but got everything professionally installed in a day. He was patient to walk me through technical information I wanted to know, as well as how to best use the system’s features. I highly recommend Shawn and Western.

Sophia and Tim were extremely professional and friendly. They were great representatives of your company. We're probably getting new furnaces and A/C units, so we don't know the total price yet, but so far the customer service has been fantastic.

Sophia was the best of all the technicians I’ve worked with from Western. She’s worth the others put together. My unit was installed in July 2024 apparently with faulty/loose wiring. The last guy fixed only the AC wiring, but when it came to switching to heat a week ago, there was no heat. Sophia opened the panel and we could easily see the white heating wire was completely detached. No one had touched it since the last technician was here. So he had fixed the AC wiring and not the heat wiring. Also, Sophia was the first person to tell me about the annual (or monthly) membership to get seasonal maintenance visits plus a water heater flush and priority on scheduling. The sales person, the installers, and the previous technician all neglected to tell me about this. I asked Sophia to put in my file that I ONLY want her to provide me with service in the future. Everyone has been very nice and polite, but they left out key information and failed to do a complete job. Make sure you keep this person because if she leaves I’m following her to her next company.
