We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and speed that Mike and his team resolved our mold issue. Mike quickly confirmed that our mold issue wasn't black mold and very minor which was a huge relief. As the spot was hard to reach, he offered to have his team return at no cost and clean it and even treated it for us. We were so pleased as they covered all furniture and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Great company and would not hesitate to use again when we have a more major issue that needs addressed.

It was a couple of days after a heavy rainstorm that my floorboards started swelling. So by that point, water damage/flooding repair companies were themselves being flooded with requests. 911 Restoration got back to me promptly while others never returned my call. Mike gave a quick estimate, took pictures, and we were able to get to work quickly. He advised me how to go about working with my insurance company, told me what part of the work they would be able to do, and gave recommendations for some companies who could help me finish the job. He was not only professional, but he was also personable and trustworthy. His crew was respectful and hardworking. If I ever have water issues again, I know just who to call.

It’s been a long time since I can remember customer service that was this fabulous and a job that was as equally well done. Mike came over and assessed the situation. He had his crew in soon after we had set an appointment. Jimmy came in with his crew. They did such a professional fabulous job. Our basement looks new. Jimmy and Rick felt like close friends by the time they were finished. The three of them, including Alex, not only did a wonderful job, did it with a smile. Everything was meticulous when they left. Much better than when they came! The most important part was the wonderful job they did. We had lumber mold on our ceiling joists in the basement. When they left, it looked like there had been new wood installed. They were professional, excellent at what they do and genuinely good people. Thank you 911 restoration!
