We run a daycare and had to shut down a room due to water damage after a sink overflowed overnight. It was urgent to get everything dried and sanitized before the kids came back. These guys responded fast, explained every step, and reassured us the space would be safe. They worked late into the night and double-checked the moisture levels before finishing. I am an integrative and functional medicine doctor who understands the risks of black mold....stachybotrys. When a friend who is allergic to mold came to visit my home and exclaimed "there is mold in your house," I knew to investigate. I had referred patients to Mold Pros and trusted them to come evaluate. They found an alarming amount of mold spores in my basement and home. They returned to investigate and treat. They turned my home upside down because absolutely nothing was obvious. The looked under sinks, behind shower walls, air conditioners, etc. They finally FOUND IT on not more than 2-3 feet of drywall HIDDEN behind a footboard BEHIND my refrigerator. I am absolutely impressed at their tenacity, and the clean up they did. It feels amazing to know your house is safe and healthy. You cannot put a price on health! My nose has stopped running which I wasn't even aware was due to mold. I am grateful, and know it was their professionalism that made the difference.

Aaron was super responsive when I needed an EMMA test done quickly. He also took the time to explain to me a lot of detail about the test and how it's different from a spore test, and helped me get comfortable that I was doing what I needed to. He was very professional and kind and great to work with. I would recommend!

We had a mold treatment done in our basement and vents and discovered that our air filter was filthy due to us forgetting to change it. A very kind technician named Mike went and got us a new filter and replaced it for us the next day. He most certainly didn’t have to since that was clearly our fault and I’m pretty sure he had to drive well out of his way to get it to us. Found a small patch of suspected mold in my home. Found this company and gave them a call. Mike picked up and was super helpful and informative. He gave me a fair quote, checked around and his price was on par with others so I went with Mike since he was super responsive. He came right on time and was patient when we were trying to decide the route we wanted to take with the remediation. He was also super nice to my son who was curious and was literally talking to him the whole time. He also came with proper PPE and a face mask, which he wore the whole time he was in my home. Mike is very professional and did a great job. Got the report just a few hours after the job was completed. Couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend Mike 110%.

Brutal experience as a tenant in a commercial space where The Mold Pros, LLC was retained for water damage and mold remediation due to neighbors frozen pipes in December. From the very outset of the project they were in over their heads, they stated multiple times when questioned about the effectiveness of their dry out process that they were the experts. I heard "Mold doesn't grow on manmade items", "hind-sight is 20/20" (as an excuse for not correctly mitigating), and in reference to a wall that was clearly wet, that they would "wait and see if anything grows" before taking any action. They found mold underneath a desk (that was in standing water yet never removed) with a blacklight. ?!?. After several months, multiple failed air quality tests, Mold Pros ran air scrubbers for 5 straight days and took an air sample that they claimed showed "normal fungal ecology". That afternoon, the baseboards were removed and show obvious issues because they had been wet for months and never properly dried out (see photos). We retained our own independent air quality test that afternoon and our test results were 2000 percent higher than theirs for Aspergillus/Penicillium (2280 Count/M3 vs 104 Count/M3). Suffice to say, water damage from our neighbors space 24 December, 2022 and we are still not back into our space on 4 April, 2023, though we have been assured by Mold Pros that "all is safe". I simply cannot tolerate someone putting our team members at unnecessary risk due to their incompetence.
