Having 2 water incidents in the past 2 years, I can't say enough good things about the NCRI team of professionals! Our first incident was rather large and after making a phone call to NCRI, we had a team of people on-site within 1 1/2 hours to help assess the damage, move furniture and belongings, pull up carpet and relocate to dry, and help us feel better about a situation we could not have handled ourselves. They basically "sent us back to work" to do what we do and they took over the mitigation process so that our business could continue, even during a disaster. As the CFO/COO of a $300MM business, I appreciated them sending us back to work so that we could do what we do best and not have this inconvenience us any more than it absolutely had to. Their team is so professional, has their processes down pat, and are eager to be the heroes right when you need them! I have recommended NCRI to others in my Vistage group and will continue to give them the highest praise for what they do!

NCRI did an amazing job clearing the grossness out of my basement after a horrible flood and weeks of standing water. The team was informative and patient as I had many after treatment questions. Tabitha was efficient and ensured I was aware of any and all measures being taken. She listened to my concerns and made the experience less invasive. We had a three story flood that took out an entire bedroom and damaged a majority of our basement while we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. NCRI took quick action to mitigate the water and walked with us through every step of the process to get our home back into tip top shape. They even worked with us to find someone to replace our 100 year old plaster walls. We enjoyed working with all of the employees at NCRI and are grateful that they made a difficult situation easy.

NCRI was the company our insurance referred us to when our kitchen flooded last year. Working with them at the time went just okay, and took months to complete. I didn’t leave a review then, as I was just happy to have it done and finished. Now, about a year since the work was done, we have had nothing but issues. Some are just cosmetic, that we’ve been able to either live with or fix easily, but now, our sink has come completely unsealed and fallen out of place! It was improperly installed, and the fallout has broken our disposal. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Contracted through our insurance company to cleanup water damage and mold prior to repairs, NCRI has done an exceptional job thus far, both in the job and customer service. Our technicians Eric and Kaleb did a great job setting up, demo, and daily checks of moisture levels until results were achieved. Highly recommend to hire again

I contacted Elaina Huffman with NCR for help when I had a water-related issue that caused the ceiling to collapse in my garage. Elaina smoothly coordinated a site visit by her team of experts. Justin Maxson and Eric Getting visited my property and assessed the damage. I was advised that I would best be served by using a General Contractor. I appreciated their professionalism while looking out for my best interest. Although I didn't use NCR for my project, I will definitely contact them first if I have a need for their service. Their honesty is something that I will long remember. Based on my experience with Elaina, Justin and Eric, I am glad to recommend NCR as a first-class restoration company.
